Karen and Gene welcomed us as soon as arrived they were perfect hosts! We want to bring our babies the next time! This was country living at the fullest and perfect for our honeymoon 😍 ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay! It was so peaceful. There was a lot of rain so we didn’t have any luck fishing. However, we enjoyed sitting on the dock and deck listening to the water and taking in the cool breeze! Great little place to unplug got a weekend.

This space is unlike any other place I have ever rented! I never want to leave. We rented both cabins. Both some cool and unique in their own way. It’s just absolute beautiful !! No wifi gets everyone off their phones and enjoying each other’s company! Board games provided was def a big hit! Most relaxing I have done in years! We will be back!Thanks for having us!

We had an amazing time! This is our third time staying with Wade and it was wonderful as always. The property is very beautiful and peaceful. We can’t wait til we can come back again!

Beautiful and quiet cabin!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was beautiful and the views were seriously breathtaking. We went to Blanchard springs caverns and some local restaurants which were really good, but we spent the majority of our stay in the pool and the hot tub. It was such a peaceful stay, very tranquil and private. Our dog had a great time exploring the land. Edie ensures you have everything you could possibly need in the house and at the pool. We will definitely be coming back the next time we want to go on a getaway in the mountains!

The cabin was squeaky clean and supplied with many thoughtful items. The furniture was comfortable and allowed us to stretch out and lounge while enjoying movies and each other's company. It was so nice to relax on the back porch with the rocking chairs overlooking the creek below while enjoying our morning coffee and also while cooking out on the grill. I was pleased to find that the porch was just as clean as the house, free of wasp and spider webs. Our host was very quick to reply to our questions and communicated very well. I hope to be able to visit again, lol, hopefully during a time that isn't so rainy so that we may explore the creek and surrounding trails. We had a very relaxing and pleasant experience. 10/10 we recommend!

Cabin was so cute ! Pictures don’t do it justice. Great location. Located next to all the town’s favorites. The host was so nice and responded fast. The cabin had everything we needed. We even got to bring our dog which is always a plus! Would highly recommend staying here. Great price. Definitely beats staying in a hotel.

This was our second time staying here and enjoyed it better than the last time, because the natural Springs made the water level higher. It was beautiful to see the changes. Love this place and recommend it.

We didn't want to leave because it was so peaceful. Watching the creek from the top deck every morning was one of my favorite things. Our grandchildren loved swimming in it and it's very private. Amanda is very responsive. I hope we're able to go back someday.

My family and I had a clean comfortable stay. As it is winter here, we did a lot of couch potato work, all snuggled up nice and warm.

We loved our stay here! It was a great location tucked away with a beautiful view which was just what we were looking for! It was close to hiking and a great getaway. Of note: this is located in a dry county, so bring any wanted alcohol with you, the nearest grocery store is also about 30 min away.

Our family loved our stay here! We had a perfect weekend relaxing by the fire, playing pool, and just enjoying the peacefulness of this home. I highly recommend this property. Our family looks forward to returning in the future!

Cottonwood cabin is very charming and comfortable, the screened porch is what sold us, with all the bugs in Arkansas. Not real close to Mountain View but close enough. Very close to the Ozark Folk Center and Blanchard springs caverns.

We loved our stay! It was very clean lake house with all the necessities. Lots of fun activities to do at the house and a beautiful space inside and out.

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The cottage was exactly as described and perfect for what we needed especially because we had to spend a lot more time in it than we intended. (It rained the whole time) We loved the grills, coffee maker, and other amenities such as full size bottles of shampoo and body soap! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything!

We loved our stay! It was so beautiful and peaceful. The cabin was spacious and surprisingly more than the pictures show. Very cutely decorated and the price was more than reasonable. We had a team of athletes stay for the Special Olympics State Summer games and they were beyond joyful of the opportunity to stay together in a cabin on the river. We hope to visit again!

This is a great place for the outdoor lover. Right on the river with an amazing dock. We had a bachelor retreat for my son. Rain came in and kept us from going on guided trip. This location was a blessing. We did not leave. Caught many fish right off the dock. Plenty of space for all 8 of us to fish. The house was everything the pictures showed. No surprises. This will definitely be my first option for a getaway. My wife would even love this. Porch overlooking red river, grill, and a sunset. Deck space with firepit was nice as well. I look forward to going back.

This cabin is the perfect getaway. Very convenient to Eden Isle. They were perfect host and very responsive to any questions that came up. Beds are comfortable:great linens. Covered deck with new Weber charcoal grill was nice! 2 things to note is to bring your own spices and your own wine opener. The kitchen is well appointed with all the appliances needed though. We look forward to staying here again!

Peaceful, serene and quiet. Jack is great. lots of good stories and great small talk. Enjoyed every minute with him. The accommodations were perfect for what we were looking for and the location was easy to find. I highly recommend this place. We will be back!
