The house is blended with the nature and the use of resources from the nature of the stream (solar panels) and water (rainwater). The house is ideal for active holidays, quiet and no noise, traffic, neighbors and the Internet. Guests can use the fireplace where they can enjoy a variety of grill specialties.

Likewise, the Vrana Lake Nature Park is a ten-minute walk from the house, as is the sea. The cities of Zadar and Sibenik are at the same distance (about 35 km).
