Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown Vancouver

Philip and Josiane were wonderful hosts. Quick and helpful in their responses. Thanks a lot to both of you for providing a peaceful, clean and welcoming space to stay ! I highly recommend - affordable and a true gem as it’s very convenient to get into town via the train but still away from the hustle and bustle to have a peaceful relaxing stay.

Pauline is a fantastic host, very welcoming and kind. She has a beautiful home, the garden is great for relaxing in the evening and the room was very cosy. Just what you need after a day in Vancouver. Her 2 cats are also very friendly and love a fuss, highly recommended.

The three of us loved staying at Sarah’s place and would happily return. It is a lovely juxtaposition to staying in the heart of downtown, which we did the week prior, yet close enough if you want to go to places in the city. Mount Pleasant is a very verdant, friendly, family oriented neighbourhood and it was a pleasure to walk the wide tree lined streets and admire the beautifully kept gardens. The place itself and the kitchen in particular was well provisioned, had all the pots and pans, utensils etc to cook meals when we wanted. They even had a champagne stopper ! Having the washer and dryer was a big help also. The hosts were friendly and warm, nothing seemed too much trouble. We even dropped our bags early and they were kept in the main house then moved to the Airbnb for our return a couple of hours later. Highly recommend !

The house is comfortable, it matches the pictures. Accessible location and close to public transportation. Next to a beautiful square. Quiet residential neighborhood. Joy is very receptive and always helps when needed.

We had an amazing holiday over Christmas with my family in Farris’s place. The house is stunning, spacious, with amazing views over downtown Vancouver. Location is gorgeous! Would definitely stay again!

This Air BnB was definitely as advertised. Meticulously clean and spacious, a little artsy and very cozy. it certainly was the perfect place for me. I met Colin briefly and he was warm and welcoming, and provided me with some recommendations of what to see. A very private place for someone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, while being minutes away from it. Glad I made the decision to stay here.

Jae’s place was perfect for our trip. We were centrally located to many of the downtown areas and not more than a 10 minute walk from the train station when getting out of the city. Her place was pristine and her recommendations amazing. Next time we are in Vancouver we will definitely look to book with her again!

Killer view, enough space for 2, great location. Anushka was very responsive. Don't want want to dine out every meal, there is a great market end of the same block. Looking to dine out casually, lots of options from 24 hr subway, several pizza joints, sushi, etc. We did not use the pool area as I prefer to swim solo, but it was large and clean. Not too many apple there end of the night. Apartment as described. Host was exceptional

Cory is a wonderful host. His place and his hospitality were among the best we’ve encountered in Vancouver. Instructions were very clear for checkin making the experience easy. Cory was so generous with his space allowing us to feel very much at home. We’d love to return to stay at Cory’s listing in the future!

I stayed at Julia and Mike’s while I was visiting friends in the Vancouver area. The space was beautiful, clean, quiet, and perfect for my quick trip. Their place easy to access and is served by two bus routes that were reliable. Julia and Mike were friendly and very responsive to messages. Would book again and I recommend their place to anyone looking to stay in North Vancouver!

Liping was super accommodating for an early flight arrival and allowed an earlier check in. She is friendly and helpful. The apt is comfortable with cute decorations and finishing touches. There is a supermarket, train station and Chinatown within easy walking distance. A pleasant and safe place to stay while in Vancouver.

Everything was so thoughtful and cozy, from the soft bedding to the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The space was spotless, peaceful, and had everything I needed (and more). Communication was smooth and kind, and I felt totally at ease the whole time. Thank you for such a lovely stay I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever in the area again 🌿✨

My wife and I were in Vancouver for three days on a short side trip from a family reunion in Gig Harbor, WA. John's place is a great location, especially if you like to walk. It is located close to many dining/drinking establishments, a stop for the hop on/hop off bus, walking to shopping, waterfront and Stanley Park. Our only issue was not enough drawer/storage space for clothing (we travel with a lot of clothes). The free secure parking space is a great benefit. Overall, this is a great location. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Megan was such a pleasure to communicate with. The airbnb loft is beautiful and spacious perfect for couples. If don’t mind the true hood side of vancouver it is the perfect spot. The location is safe as well as long as you stick to the right streets. Convenient corner stores and restaurants and bars nearby. Very walkable for downtown.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Yaletown, Vancouver! The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as pictured, but the real standout was the stunning view. Waking up to the city skyline and waterfront was such a treat. Everything was incredibly walkable with so many fantastic local restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques right outside the door. We were in town for a concert, and the location made the entire experience super convenient and fun. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions that made check-in and check-out a breeze. You can tell they take pride in their space and in making sure guests have a great experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy Vancouver in style and comfort. Would absolutely stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in downtown Vancouver! The location is incredibly central; just a few minutes' walk from Robson Street; and the neighborhood felt safe and clean. The unit itself was pristine: spotless white linens and towels, gleaming surfaces, and sparkling clean throughout. I especially loved the floor-to-ceiling windows in every room that offered stunning views of the city skyline. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver.

I had a wonderful stay at Minji’s apartment! The apartment is situated in a very desirable area in Vancouver - walkable to downtown and many great restaurants. The place itself was exactly as described in the listing, and also extremely clean. Very plush & comfortable bed that allowed me to have one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time! I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone else looking to stay in the area!

We loved our stay at Kristine‘s Airbnb! The apartment was great, perfect size. The location was great, nice and centrally located. Kristine was very responsive to our communication and was able to let us leave our luggage there before check-in time since we arrived early! we were really grateful for that. The apartment was clean! the view was great! including a water view and the place was well stocked with everything we needed. Check-in instructions and exit instructions were clear and easy and we would definitely come back and stay here!!! Thanks so much Kristine 😁 we have the best time‼️

Great spot! Daman addresed any messages quickly from check in to check out. Looked just like the photos, lots of closet space if you're booking for a longer stay, convenient location, safe parking, secure building entry.
