Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown, St. John's

Jennifer is an incredible host! So welcoming and friendly! The flat is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture, well laid out, to create different sitting /work spaces. Everything was extremely comfortable! Great bed with really nice linens, everything in the kitchen one could need. The flat is within walking distance of everything downtown, but also very quiet through the night. We loved staying here and would stay again anytime!

Spent the night away for my birth weekend, it was exactly what I needed. A small quiet cozy place to just unwind and recoup. The hot tub was a beautiful way to end the long day. Will be booking again in the future. Thank you for a beautiful peaceful stay

Sharon's place was as it is described. It was a beautiful place and although we didn't see our host, she was in contact with us. We did not have any issues with checking in or leaving.

This is a very clean and homey accommodation; feels like you’re right at home. Additionally, it had a well-equipped kitchen. The location is also great since its a short drive to major tourist attractions.

I cannot say enough good things about the host and this apartment! It was so comfortable, an easy walk to the downtown core. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was shampoo and conditioner in the shower - even a blow dryer! The bed and bedding were comfy and cozy. The living room was perfect for a nice night of reading. Truly a 10/10 experience. And Kim is the best host ever!!

We fell in love with Brendan’s place and felt completely at home since we got there. He was extremely flexible and accommodating with us! The house is immaculately clean and full of charming NL touches. It had everything we needed and even a cute patio off the kitchen. Thank you for making our trip to St. John’s so special :)

Was in for a conference with a few students and everything worked out grear. everything was walkable for the conference. Close proximity to signal hill and its hikes. Downtown nice and close too. Two washrooms helped with everone getting ready in the mornings and lots of kitchen space.

We can’t say enough about how cozy and comfortable the Seagulls nest was. A perfect home base to explore the Avalon Peninsula. The location was just perfect for us - Walking distance to downtown St Johns and the Signal Hill hiking trails! The best part was the authentic St. John’s feel staying in the cliff side homes on Battery Hill. Just incredible. The house was super clean, extremely comfortable and had everything we needed making it feel just like a home away from home. Elias is a very kind and attentive host - meeting us at check in, giving us local tips and checking in with us during our stay! He even had a frozen pizza for us which was super helpful after a long day of travelling. I would absolutely choose the Seagulls nest the next time we stay in St Johns and recommend to others!

Kristen’s place is a gem! The location is perfect—close to everything we needed for both meetings and sightseeing. The house has so much character, with its Jellybean Row charm and artistic decor. Everything was clean, well thought-out, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Such a great spot for a group stay in lovely St. John’s! Christopher’s home is super spacious and well equipped - we loved staying here for our 3 nights in the city. It was clean, central and welcoming which is exactly what you want when looking to explore a city with friends. He’s also such a great host - friendly, responsive and helpful when it comes to recos for what to do/see. We can’t wait to come back and to stay at this gem again!

Spotless, easy to find and very comfortable place. This is a very comfortable location and the separate bedrooms are sufficiently separate as to make each really private. The kitchen is well equipped and everything was very clean and well maintained.

Kayla's place was perfect. Location is ideal and the house is very comfortable with all the amenities listed. Kayla went out of her way to purchase an iron and ironing board at our request. Best host ever, I highly recommend staying at Kayla's place.

Clean, well kept. Parking on the street. Easy to find, well stocked with amenities. Would stay again.
