Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown, St. John's

Jennifer is an incredible host! So welcoming and friendly! The flat is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture, well laid out, to create different sitting /work spaces. Everything was extremely comfortable! Great bed with really nice linens, everything in the kitchen one could need. The flat is within walking distance of everything downtown, but also very quiet through the night. We loved staying here and would stay again anytime!

Another wonderful visit to St Johns, and staying at Joanne’s delightful jellybean house apartment was ideal for our needs. Clean, uncluttered, well appointed kitchen and two newly updated bathrooms. Joanne was helpful, friendly and welcoming. She provided some basic groceries for our arrival and we found that to be a warm, and helpful added touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay with everything we needed and the perfect location for our needs. Beautifully decorated with more than enough amenities. Would book again.

Beckie’s apartment in St John’s is amazing. Centrally located to downtown, Signal Hill and Quidi Vidi; it was clean, well equipped and more than enough room for two people or more, if you choose to take the extra bedroom. The photos and list of amenities on the Airbnb site do not begin to do it justice. Beckie herself was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the best places to eat and visit. She always responded quickly to any of our inquiries. We cannot emphasize enough how great her Airbnb is.

My sister and I loved our stay. Communications with Kim were great She was responsive to our questions and also provided us with some travel tips for our journey onward. The apartment was private and very well equipped with everything we needed. It also had a lovely homey ambiance, decorated with a variety of local artwork. Kim kindly set up the sofa bed and the layout worked very well for us. The primary bed was very comfortable and so much appreciated after a late arrival. Parking was convenient, suggest backing in. I only wish that we were staying there longer to more fully enjoy this place!

We fell in love with Brendan’s place and felt completely at home since we got there. He was extremely flexible and accommodating with us! The house is immaculately clean and full of charming NL touches. It had everything we needed and even a cute patio off the kitchen. Thank you for making our trip to St. John’s so special :)

The place was very clean and tidy, very easy to find and quiet street. Everything you need for cooking. Cameron was keeping in contact to make sure everything was good with our stay. I would difinently book again.

One of the best AirBnB experiences I have had: so clean, so functional and comfortable, so pleasant! The location was perfect for walking to my activities at the University, as well as to nearby stores for supplies. Lovely neighbourhood with a walking trail right up the street, and other beautiful places to explore. Excellent host! I am grateful. Joanne's place was simply ideal for my stay.

Love the location and like the interior of the space. Very functional, lots of character and very near a lot of the places that you would want to visit in St. John's. Jared is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. His place is a great one to stay in St. John's. You will feel at home right away. It is also very near the Quidi Vidi Brewery and a few minutes drive from everything for all your needs while on vacation. There are lots of nearby trails that you can walk to as well. Would easily recommend this place to anyone.

We were very pleased with our stay at Darryls. He was very responsive and super friendly. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

We were able to do the 3 flights of stairs. Great shower and 3 beds. Loved having a kitchen. Nice to be across from Bannerman Park. Close to downtown and the harbour. Lois was very responsive to messages and what we needed. We were able to stay longer on check out day because of late departure at airport. This really helped with luggage.

My parents and I stayed here for a week to explore St John's and surrounding areas. We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations, especially being right downtown and blocks away for restaurants and the Harbour view. We appreciated having a parking space available as well. I would absolutely recommend staying here to experience downtown St John's. Sidenote. traffic is a bit loud but quiets around 11pm, to be expected when on Water Street. Slava’s apartment was spotless, comfortable, and very well located to restaurants and sites while also quiet. Perfect for one to two people, I would recommend this great apartment without hesitation.

Bobbi was very warm and friendly! She made sure we had everything that we needed. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay there again. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Spent the night away for my birth weekend, it was exactly what I needed. A small quiet cozy place to just unwind and recoup. The hot tub was a beautiful way to end the long day. Will be booking again in the future. Thank you for a beautiful peaceful stay

Eva has a lovely apt, organized with everything you need. Although it’s a basement apt, it’s bright and modern. Well designed. You cannot hear any noise or movement from above. We will return when back to St John’s! Thanks Eva. Perfect!

We loved staying here, wishing we could have stayed longer! Extremely comfortable and an awesome space…the hot tub is a bonus! Convenient to downtown and airport, but very quiet neighborhood. We’ve stayed a lot of places, and this is one of the best!

The most beautiful location for a family gathering, such as ours. The cookhouse was an unexpected surprise and gave the boys a place to enjoy. The roomy layout allowed for a very successful get together and your outdoor spaces and hot tub were a true success. Perfect location for daily activities along the Avalon coastline, would love to return. Thank you Crystal & Wayne
