Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown Seattle

Great area, parking was a bonus, bed was very comfortable. My only suggestion is to change to cleaning supplies that do not have such a strong odor. I had checked in by 3 and fortunately when I returned by 8 in the evening the odor was mostly gone and was gone completely by the next morning. Since I have friends and family in the area will definitely stay here again.

The location was great. The condo was very nice, everything we needed. Great restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Deana was always available. Definitely recommend this place!

It was such a nice lovely stay. lots of adequate space for one person. i got to wake up every morning to the catio, which was the best part. Lisa is so nice, helpful and understanding. 10/10 would totally stay again.

Staying here made our week-long volunteer jobs so much more manageable! With a comfy bed, lots of hot water, and a kitchen to make a quick cup of coffee or late night snack, we had all we needed after long days of set-up, festival, and strike.

LOCATION, LOCATION Karthik's place was close to all of the things we planned for our 2 night stay in Seattle. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to see. We were starting a cruise from Seattle and we only needed to walk 2 blocks, downhill, to our cruise terminal. The condo comfortably accommodates 2 people. We would stay again!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

This place is perfect for the city. You have access to all of the “things” and can easily hop on scooters or walk to whatever you need within 10 minute span. The home is sleek and had a great common area to watch tv and the sunset.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and very comfortable. This place is ultra cool, sleek and modern. And that rooftop is the perfect place to relax and have your morning coffee. Place was as clean and exactly as advertised. Sam was super responsive and was very accommodating when it came to adjusting our checkout time. We would definitely stay there again and give it an enthusiastic recommendation 👍🏾

Had so much fun! This was a great pick for my first trip in a long time out of state, it was super comfortable as well! Bed was very comfortable, shower was really warm, and the whole place felt very cozy! My stay was absolutely amazing, thank you Monica!

I would stay here again. It was really lovely. Very clean and very welcoming and in a great location. When we arrived we walked in to all of the lights on (even in the closets) and the music on. I can't tell you how many times I have been traveling alone and walked into a dark rental. It was really great to walk into a place lit up like this. The place was charming and well equipped and everything worked and the location was amazing. The kitchen was really lovely and the fireplace (and a/c when we needed it) was awesome! I have to say that Michael was the most responsive host I have ever experienced on AirBnB. He was proactive about sending me directions and photos showing me how to locate the place, park, open the door etc. He also sent me great neighborhood and city resources and he just responded to messages lightening fast. Anyway, we loved it and highly recommend it!

this was cute and comfy little house in a great location. plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance and quick walk to the light rail. minor things could be improved upon but overall a good option for a stay in seattle!

Very convenient location for a Seattle stay… cute neighborhood & very close to the bus. Place was really clean. Would be happy to stay here again. Only challenge to note (which the listing is clear about) are the stairs to one of the beds/loft area are steep (so lugging a big suitcase is a challenge).

The AirBnB was perfect for a week long stay in Seattle. Its right in downtown, so you can walk down and get to restaurants, shops and more. Pike place and waterfront are at walking distance too. I could go on runs with my dog along the waterfront. Its a secure building which made the experience more safe and relaxed for me.

Wonderful stay, layout/decor/location can't be beat! Maynard and Lyle were very communicative. We had zero problems, but I have no doubt they'd have gone above and beyond quickly if we had. Book this Air B&B if you're looking for something right downtown and are over the hotel hunt! 10/10 would recommend and will stay again if we find ourselves in Seattle!

A lovely stay! The apartment was perfect for us, the beds were comfy, amenities as described. Benjamin always responded in a timely fashion if we had questions. The building is quiet, never heard neighbors, very secure. Loved the rooftop, it is a must see! Close to everything! We didn't need a car, used Uber or Lyft if we didn't want to walk and most fees were under 10$. Best suited for 2-3 people.

Enjoyed my stay at Pedro’s place. He was very responsive when I need something, didn’t wait more than 5 mins. Super clean apartment, looked exactly like the pictures. I like walking and it was walkable to everywhere we wanted. His place is super quiet. There is a bar downstairs but the noise wasn’t too bad. It sounded very muffled and light. I heard the seagulls more haha. The building is very very secured and everyone coming in and out understood the rules to the building. Looking forward to staying at his place the next time I’m in town.

Jessica was quick to reply thru Airbnb. The directions to stay were easy to follow. Check-in time was super flexible and accommodating to our arrival time

Great place. Walked to restaurants, pike place market, space needle and MOPOP. Would stay here again!
