Everything about our stay was great! The home was very clean. We liked that the yard was fenced high from the road with privacy. The outdoor shower was great. Would highly recommended.

This place is is well worth the money. 3 big bedrooms. 2 1/2 bathrooms. Lots of room. Amenities was nice, like bathroom stuff,laundry stuff,kitchen stuff. The beach stuff was great. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my furbaby.

Beautiful place. Calm, peaceful, and clean. Looks just like the photos. Had a wonderful time.

Corey’s place worked great for our family traveling through. It’s a great value for how close it is to Pensacola Beach and having 3 beds, good kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. The neighborhood wasn’t very attractive and felt a bit crowded with houses so close, but there was plenty of parking space, we felt safe and it was quiet. The house was was nice and clean inside.

Rachel was an incredible host. She communicated well with us and was very accommodating! She made sure to remind us that the house was about 20 minutes away from the main beach, but we didn’t mind at all. It was a super easy drive! The house is about a mile from the Bayview Dog Beach, which we walked our dog there every morning - he loved it! Definitely will consider booking with Rachel again for our next weekend in Pensacola!

Great location!!!!! Love the vibe from the moment you walk in the door. Great attention to detail and the host was very responsive. The living room tv speakers were blown and the owner had someone come over right away with a new tv.!!!!! Great customer service!!! Would definitely recommend !!!!!!

The house was cleaning inside just as pictured on the website. Casey was very responsive whenever we emailed him. He also was considered and let us stay an extra day without any hesitation very friendly and outgoing and anything you need he was available. I would definitely return.

Comfortable place for our family to stay on our trip to Pensacola. Located close to downtown, which was convenient for us. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. The game room in the garage was a big hit for adults and kids alike. Would stay there again!

My family of 5 and little dog loved everything about this house! One can tell lots of attention to details not only in the decor but in the amenities also! The fact that they offered beach supplies (from chairs and umbrellas to the sand toys and coolers) was very appreciated! The game room and hot tub were the icing on the cake! Happy we were able to stay here!

Highly recommend this location! We had previously lived in Florida and came to visit for a bit and this was the perfect place to make us feel at home while visiting friends and enjoying our time there. Hannah was extremely communicative and they had everything you could possibly need in the home. The home was immaculate and spacious! As far as the pool goes, perfect! They provided pool toys and beach toys for those that may not have been able to travel with those things. Very thoughtful in every aspect here, loved it and highly recommend it!

Was clean and tidy and like described. We enjoyed the pool and that it was within walking distance. Our host was very responsive throughout our stay whenever I reached out. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful house, spacious enough for our kids and grandkids. There was 10 in our party and more than ample space for us. Everyone loved it. The grandkids loved the pool. Thank you for supplying the beach towels for our use since we had accidentally left ours back home! Would definitely stay here again if we took another family trip to Florida!

My family and I came to Pensacola FL for my sons Navy A School graduation and Christine’s place was the perfect place to stay at, it felt like home for us. It was super close to everything, the peace and quiet was amazing. I absolutely loved the decor and how comfortable the beds were. This home was fantastic. Very well stocked throughout! The kitchen has so much available for you to use and neatly organized. Everything seems really new and well kept. The host was very quick to communicate and we had no issues. We definitely enjoyed the pool and loved that you had a basket ready for all our pool needs. You thought of everything. Thank you for allowing my family to enjoy your space. Alex's home is in the perfect location between amenities and the beach. This beautiful home is located less than 20 minutes from watching the Blue Angles on the beach or having a coffee in downtown. The backyard offers a nice break from crowds on the beach and let's you play in the water and still see the ocean. Saw some fish jumping as well so I imagine there is some good fishing just steps away from your bedroom.

Immaculate townhouse near just about anything you need. Looked exactly like the pictures show. Will definitely stay here again.

Pensa-Cozy just that, very cozy! Outrated my expectations! It was a the perfect home to host my whole family crew of 6 and 2 pups. This rental was perfect for our group who were all in a wedding at the Old Christ Church a block away. All the wedding activities were within a two block radius! The home had all the amenities we needed and enough rooms to accommodate us all comfortably. We did struggle a little bit with temperature one of the nights of our stay - the couple upstairs was too hot while the folks in the downstairs rooms were too cold but it’s an old house so it was understandable. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Enjoyed everything . The house was set up beautifully and had everything you could ask for and then some. Clean and well prepped before our arrival. Only drawback is the constant heavy traffic noise well in the the evening every night. Overall a great place...

Cottage was cozy, clean, and very close to all the Pensacola attractions. It was quiet at night too so we weren’t disturbed while sleeping. Jean was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

I stayed at Heather’s place for 3 nights while I was in town handling some business. The location is wonderful, walking distance to some great restaurants. Clean, quiet and perfect for my stay!

We loved our stay! Everything we needed and close to everything. The amenities were above and beyond. We left our crock pot at home but were delighted to find she had one in the shelf. Nothing better than coming back to a shrimp boil after a day at the beach. Definitely one of the premiere Airbnb hosts in Pensacola!
