Super responsive host and very clean house. Kitchen had absolutely everything you could imagine which was very nice.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had such a relaxing vibe. Perfect for a little getaway. We had everything we needed and even a few fun surprises that made the trip memorable. Great location, peaceful surroundings, and super easy check-in. Would definitely come back!

Vickie and Rachia’s place is truly a special little gem! You can tell thought and love has been poured in every square inch of this place. What a beautiful tribute to their friend, Estella. It’s perfect and cozy for 2 people with everything you could possibly want and more. We had a busy schedule while we were in town, but every minute that I could go outside and enjoy the amazing backyard that smelled of jasmine I would! The home is very clean and the location was great. The hosts are very gracious and hospitable. They know just how to make their guests feel at home. We truly loved this home and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Pensacola area! We hope to be back!

Andrew’s place was wonderful. I appreciate the washer and dryer. Clean and everything it needed to be in a nice area. There were plenty of things to do within a 10 minute walk and the beach is not far at all. 10/10

This is a great place to stay in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s close to the NAM, beach, and downtown.

We enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and perfect for our family. We made many forever memories and enjoyed the sunset at the end of the dock.

Pensa-Cozy just that, very cozy! Outrated my expectations! It was a the perfect home to host my whole family crew of 6 and 2 pups. Not only did we feel like home but we loved how well equipped this home was. The room was really nice and spacious. It was a few mins from the beach. It had a really good seafood restaurant right down the street. The best part was the pool being outside your door. They had everything you would need including children’s toys and life vests. We enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful with recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I would and will absolutely book again!

Shannon and her husband were great. The place was very cute and just like the pictures. It was the perfect size our family. Walking distance to restaurants and only 20 minutes from the beach.

I enjoyed everything about my stay at Josh’s place. The location was excellent and very close to all of the key areas in the city - downtown, the beach and tons of shops and restaurants. Also, Publix grocery store and multiple great cafes within less than a mile. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in Pensacola.

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

My wife wants to return on our next trip to Pensacola. That’s all that needs to be said!

This is our second time staying at one of Gary’s properties and it did not disappoint. Beautiful interior, all the amenities that you would need and only a short drive to the beach. Perfect for vacation :)

This place is exactly as described. Photos are up to date and accurate, location is very conveniently placed and quiet for late evening relaxation. The property is actually a lot more spacious than what it appears in the photos and we were extremely grateful for that. The Host(s) are very responsive and make check in/out very painless, I would recommend them to anyone! Definitely plan to return here in the near future!

Beautiful cabin for a weekend getaway. Very friendly and responded very quickly.

The house was in great shape. the outdoors were peaceful. I enjoyed having coffee on the dock at the water every morning during our stay.

Wonderfully curated beach cabin with a plenty of room near a nice walking path alongside views of the East Bay if you want to walk out the door and enjoy some natural scenery of trees and water. Excellent value and overall wonderful stay!
