Wonderful cottage within walking distance to enjoy everything downtown Pensacola has to offer- gallery night, festivals, concerts, market days, parades, Ice flyers games, and Pensacon are all within walking distance! Very cute 1 bedroom 1 bath, light and bright though out. Front porch for relaxing afternoons. A few blocks away from the convention center!!! We charge a pet fee of $75+tax that will be charged per pet. Collected separately.

Miranda's place was absolutely perfect . It was immaculate, well stocked, and cozy. The kitchen was like new with upgraded appliances and Google tablet for ambiance music . The comfy lush adjustable bed was delightful. The bathroom was spa like and had many extras even down to the salon shampoo. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening rocks on the porch . We had easy walk to Palafox Street and the Blue Wahoo baseball game. Miranda was always accessible and attentive . Highly Highy recommend

Downtown Pensacola! Gorgeous 2B Townhome!

My family enjoyed our stay at this downtown Pensacola townhouse. The space was extremely clean, and the location is walkable to excellent restaurants and shopping. We heard a little bit of street noise on Friday night, but otherwise it was very quiet. This is a three-story townhouse with one bedroom on the first floor, the kitchen and living area on the second floor, and a large main bedroom and bathroom on the third floor. I appreciate that cleanup was minimal and all we had to do was take out the trash. Note that the thermostat temperatures are not adjustable. (You might be able to message the property management and ask to change the temperature, though -- we didn't try.) I highly recommend this property for easy access to downtown!

From the moment we walked in, it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority—everything was spotless and fresh. The interior felt brand new, beautifully designed with thoughtful touches throughout. Every detail, from the comfortable furniture to the fully stocked kitchen and high-quality linens, was so well appointed. It truly felt like a luxury hotel with the comfort of home. Communication with the host was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier Airbnb experience!

Will's place was great. Very beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, convenient location. The 3rd bedroom is an open loft space, but it was still very comfortable and offered a good degree of privacy. Would definitely recommend.
