Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown, Louisville

Absolutely loved this Airbnb. The home is beautifully restored and decorated and thoughtfully appointed without a lot of clutter. We loved the layout, the furnishings were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a couple of light meals in the kitchen. Everything was in great condition. The location is fantastic - we walked to several meals in the local area, and drove or took a Lyft to other downtown spots we wanted to visit. Everything was a short distance away and easy to get to.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Nice place , easy check in, the studio apartment matched its description and Kymberli was very responsive. Great view,clean and the location was perfect for us to get around where we need during our visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Karen’s Airbnb! The unit was just one block from our family, which made visiting incredibly convenient. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath layout was perfect for our needs, and everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The space was nicely equipped with everything we needed for our 6-night stay—from a large washer and dryer to reliable, fast WiFi (a must for remote work!). We also loved the location—there were plenty of great cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. Communication with Karen was excellent throughout our stay. She was always proactive with infirmation and responded to any questions quickly. While there are other rentals in the area at a lower price, this unit was absolutely worth the extra cost. The comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was great. Just like the photos! Easy to check in and out of and it was within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. You did hear the train come through at night, but it wasn’t bad at all! Highly recommend this place.

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay of 4 nights! Mechelle gave us very clear instructions for checking in (and out) which we appreciated. It was within walking distance of the Convention Center which was important to us. It was also close to many sights we wanted to visit. As warned, it was noisy being so close to the highway but the brown noise app on my phone helped immensely with that and didn’t cause us to lose any sleep. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. The only downside was a lack of storage space to put our belongings but understandable since it’s a studio apartment. Wonderful stay and we appreciated the hospitality!

My husband and I stayed at Morgan’s place with our two kids - 22YO and 16YO for three nights. I honestly think this is one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed. It was absolutely spotless, and was decorated very cute. The apartment is in a renovated church which was super cool and fun to explore. The NuLu neighborhood is within walking distance with tons of restaurants, shops, etc. We felt comfortable walking there but others may wish to take a fast (less than 5 min) Uber. Parking was free & prevalent. Thanks for the hospitality!

We had a great stay at Taylor’s unit! The space is modernly decorated, tucked inside an old church that's been creatively converted into apartments. It’s a great blend of historic architecture with modern comfort. The apartment is located in a area that’s experiencing some revitalization. It was easy to get to, and while it offers on-street parking, we had no issues finding a spot nearby during our stay. It’s conveniently located just a short 5-9 minute drive to a bunch of great restaurants, grocery stores, and local attractions. On the few occasions we reached out to Taylor with questions, she responded almost immediately. Her communication was friendly, helpful, and made everything that much smoother. It was a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place with a some cool history. We enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect for our two night stay in Louisville. The house is relatively small but we hd plenty of space for our group of four adults. The listing was accurate and Christina was both proactive in outlining her instructions and responsive in handling our queries. The only thing I’d note is that this is a pet friendly apartment - the downside being that it was obvious to us that pets had been in the house immediately prior to our stay. Perhaps that was only noticeable to me because I was experiencing bad seasonal allergies at the time. It might not be noticeable to others, but something to bear in mind if you have trouble with allergies.

This was our 2nd stay, perfect for my husband and me and our two fur boys. Very comfortable accommodations and we appreciate the fenced back yard.

We had an amazing stay at Courtney’s place in Germantown! The home is full of charm and character, with thoughtful touches throughout—from the well-curated book selection to the beautiful local artwork. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, which made it easy and enjoyable to cook. The backyard was a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location couldn’t have been better—walkable to tons of great bars and restaurants. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the entire home was spotless and very well appointed. Courtney was so warm and welcoming, and her hospitality made our stay even better. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect Airbnb! Walkable to so much and the backyard was perfect for our dogs. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Alberto was highly responsive and made sure our stay was excellent. Firewood was provided for the fire pit which was a great touch! Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Louisville.

Our stay at Becca and Alfonso’s greenhouse was fantastic. Even though we booked just a day or two in advance, they were incredibly responsive and provided clear, detailed directions that made everything easy. The neighborhood was quiet and charming—we took a walk and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was unique and full of character, with beautiful plants that gave it a fresh, calming vibe. The backyard was a perfect bonus—spacious and relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Really responsive and friendly guy! The place was super easy to find, no trouble getting in, neighbors were super chill, and the house was very welcoming and comfortable! Overall great experience, would recommend!

This was the perfect place for our stay! It is even more beautiful than the photos and was even more spacious than expected. The street is a super quiet and peaceful dead end with lots of grass and trees and birds chirping. Extremely sweet and friendly cat Moonie was icing on the cake. So many thoughtful details, and so well taken care of. The very stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. The hosts were so kind and helpful. Will never look for another place to stay in New Albany again. Would 100% recommend.

This was a great space for us while visiting for a graduation. We appreciated the excellent communication and it was just a great space with room to gather and hang out. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything was very clean and comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at Matt's condo—it was cozy, well-stocked, and instantly felt like home. The guidebook provided was incredibly detailed and helpful, offering clear instructions and great local recommendations. The location is ideal, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and breweries, and just a short drive to downtown or Churchill Downs. The condo itself is super comfortable with plenty of in-house entertainment options including video and board games, streaming services, disco lights, and fast Wi-Fi. Matt was an exceptional host—attentive, communicative from the start, and very accommodating. This place truly deserves five stars, and I’d happily stay here again on my next visit!

Nice safe place for the value. Wasn’t a fan of the parking with a large SUV and current remodeling but it was safe and clean. The living area was spacious and comfortable. Rooms were clean.

Beautiful space and welcoming host. It’s unique reuse of property, old charm with contemporary comfort and amenities. NuLu is a perfect neighborhood to experience Louisville and easy to connect to rest of the area. Have stayed here before and look forward to a future return.

I came out to Louisville to visit my sister who was having a baby. This place was super convenient for us since it was so close to the hospital. It was easy to get in and all the rooms were super clean. I definitely would come back to stay again!

Check involved a few steps, but clear instructions are provided and we were able to get in easily. Great place to stay and would return!
