Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown Los Angeles

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

We enjoyed our stay at Steven’s place! Instruction video for parking was very helpful. Lots of nearby Korean restaurants and rooftop pool with views of DTLA !!

Cozy and comfortable place. Matched the photos. I had to adjust my arrival date and Maxime took a little longer to respond once. Every interaction was very quick and helpful. The instructions, videos and photos were spot on so follow them precisely. The apartment was very clean and airy. I love to cook and was very happy with the utensils and cooking pans. There was even seasoning available to use. There was a Whole Foods a 10 mins walk away. The neighborhood is on the rebound and I didn’t feel unsafe. You can drive or walk around. I would definitely stay again.

Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!

We had a great day at Jaylin’s apartment. The location couldn’t have been better as we had an event at the convention center, which is directly across the street. The apartment was no frills but comfortable. The pool and hot tub area were clean and a nice way to wind down. Jaylin was super proactive and responsive and the instructions for check in and parking were very clear. Would recommend if you have an event in this area!

Stefania was an excellent host. Always helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were tired, it was late, and we had some trouble finding the building. If I had printed out her instructions it would have been a breeze. Felt safe and the unit is centrally located. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved the spacious patio! I recommend using the parking inside the building garage. The street parking is free but fills up quickly. Overall, a nice choice.

Tina was an amazing host, very friendly and communicative well and prompt. Everything was above and beyond. Clean and exactly as described and better. Perfect location with options for parking.

Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

Lovely inside, just like the pics! Nice big bathtub too :) Definitely a busy city area, but if you need to be in DTLA, it’s a sweet homey vibe.

I had an enjoyable stay here. Girvan is a really responsive and friendly host who did his best to accommodate my needs. I would say the best thing about this place is the location as it is close to most of the major events happening in downtown LA. The place itself is spacious and relatively clean with everything you could ask for to make yourself feel at home.

Couldn’t ask for a better host during my stay. This being my 3rd stay at one of his locations, each one comes with very specific instructions and excellent hospitality. Highly highly recommended!!

Second time staying here and I loved it just as much as the first. Apartment is spacious and modern and has an absolutely amazing view, and great list of amenities. Elite hosting made some brilliant additions to the apartment since my last stay as well. Elite Hosting were communicative throughout the trip and happy to iron out any issues we had. Looking forward to returning again!

Nice location, very clean and comfortable. Host is very responsive and even came past to check the thermostat was on and set to the right temperature for us when I didn’t know how to work it.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es hat die perfekte Lage um alle Ziele in LA zu erreichen. Der Garagenstellplatz ist sehr praktisch und man kann jederzeit ein und ausfahren. Das Hollywood-Sign sieht mehr sehr gut direkt aus der Wohnung, das ist definitiv ein Highlight. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

Elyse was a fantastic host. Even though I arrived past midnight, her instructions for getting in and parking were crystal clear. The space itself is incredible and I loved the industrial loft feel. The bed and couch were super cozy, and the sound system made watching movies and listening to music even better. This place is a perfect weekend bachelor pad. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to friends!
