Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Downtown Los Angeles

Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

The equipment and furniture in the unit were tasteful, clean, and perfectly convenient, and it was a nice place to relax at the end of the day.The quality of the detergent and shampoo was also a plus.It is a building facing a wide road, so it is easy to remember the location, and the parking lot with a gate gave me a sense of security.Hollywood and Melrose are less than 10 minutes away.It is easy to get on the freeway, so access to tourist attractions is also good.Supermarkets and Target are also within a few minutes' walk.Above all, the most satisfying point was the quick and kind response from Max & Sun.It was a wonderful stay.Thank you very much.I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to stay in LA.On the next trip, we will first look for the owner's unit.

Very well located and easily accessible apartment in a very nice neighborhood and close to the highway and restaurants. Very good communication and clear and useful explanations. A great stay, I would highly recommend.

Stayed for a quick getaway for Father’s Day. Close to everything and easy access.

We really enjoyed our stay in this welcoming, bright, clean, and spacious condo! The beds were very comfortable with soft, clean linens. The bathrooms were spotless with lovely fixtures and excellent showers. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and everything was in good working order. The nice big televisions were very handy for screen mirroring from our phones to show each other our photos from the day! The AC worked wonderfully and was easy to adjust. I also really enjoyed the balcony. A few minor things which didn't diminish our experience but are perhaps worth noting: the property is not self check-in as stated, however communication was excellent so checking in was very easy, plus they were incredibly kind & flexible with our check-in time. Also, the location is much closer to East Hollywood than the area shown in the listing and the price does seem just a little high for a two bedroom in that area, but prices in LA may have just jumped up everywhere since the fires.

Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!

My Sister and I both took turns staying at Elise's place during a long period where we were in Southern Cal to care for our father. Her little studio was a peaceful little place we could take moments for ourselves, rest well and just relax. Simple, clean and so quiet. Very nice to be able to park in a carport literally outside your door too. Perfect for a single traveler who is also looking for budget friendly. Thank you, Elise - you're a treasure.

The check in was very easy and Kelly was great at accommodating us with an early flight. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The home was very clean and private. Location was very important to us as we brought our children and the area made us feel very safe. So happy so chose this location.

Check in and check out were very simple, and having a private parking spot was amazing in this part of town, which is otherwise mostly street parking. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Nic & Danielle's place is centrally located on West Sunset Boulevard, with secure parking. The flat has everything that a couple would need for a week or longer so for me on my own for six nights for a family wedding it was ideal. It had all the kit: a very comfortable king-sized bed, great bathroom with shower, basin, loo and bath The flat was fully functioning and well maintained throughout with washing machine & tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, four pan hob, coffee machine, mini and maxi hover, large closet for clothes storage, two desks and chairs, King Sized & Sofabeds, Netflix enabled TV, A/C, and a great wifi and a balcony with chairs, etc etc. Gym and poo. Nic was very responsive and replied, immediately, to my queries. Truly a first class service. The only small negatives are: it's pricey by European standards, right on Sunset Boulevard so noisy with loud cars, helicopters, occasional gunshots and lots of light and therefore not the easyest place to sta.
