We were happy with our stay at this apartment during a business trip with a colleague. Despite our very late arrival, the check-in process was smooth, quick, and the host was incredibly kind and accommodating. The apartment itself is beautiful, equipped with all the comforts you could need, and located in a vibrant neighbourhood full of useful services and amenities. A special thanks to Sina, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, proactive, and responsive throughout our stay. We felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended – we would stay here again!

Our family absolutely loved the apartment! A big thanks to Fabio for his hospitality; he was always available and incredibly quick to answer any questions we had. The apartment itself is gorgeous, especially the view! 😍 We spent our evenings on the balcony, enjoying the beautiful scenery. The location is fantastic too, with the metro nearby and a 24-hour grocery store right in the building, which was super convenient. We enjoyed everything so much and would happily come back again! Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Apartment in Dubai, downtown next to the imposing Burj Khalifa. The apartment is wonderful, equal and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with storage and cleaning every day, the location is more than perfect, a few seconds for the Navat (which make a kebab…), 1 minute to Dubai Fountains, 2 minutes to the Burj Khalifa door (which can also be seen from the balcony of the apartment itself), 3 minutes to the Dubai Mall, 4 minutes to other trades, markets, bars, the fire of the ground, subway station and pharmacies very close by and all walking anyway! The check in and checkout without bureaucracy. The host, Dee is 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly and suggests other options of tourist sites and for fun too! We love your stay and we're sure we'll be staying with you again!

scenic location, a dream of spending a few days in palm Jumeirah, a man made island fulfilled... swimming pool, beach at back, Corniche at front, well equipped apartment. No flaws, even if you try to find it. irina, very responsive & a good human being to deal with... my best wishes to her for her better future

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing. It took us some time to find a nice place to stay, and this one truly exceeded our expectations. As described, it was clean and had stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The location was very convenient, just a 5-10 minute walk to Dubai Mall. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also kindly requested airport pick-up and drop-off, which they arranged through a third party. Additionally, they surprised us with some very delicious chocolates, which was a lovely gesture. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and our kids had a great time at the small playground, making some new friends. We also found very friendly neighbors, which added to our pleasant experience. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon!
