Great place to stay, very well presented and comfortable. Shebab was always on hand to offer assistance if i needed it which was great. The location is good as its 20 mins from most landmarks, however the surrounding areas are still developing so maybe some drilling.

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

We had a fabulous stay, it was exactly what our family needed and the hosts were incredibly thoughtful. They sent my husband cookies for his birthday and when checking in one time had said 3pm instead of their usual 4pm. When I told them my arrival time was 3.30 based on the 3pm communication they said no problem we’ll send an extra cleaner to have the house ready for you in time! Now that’s service. I was so happy with everything about our stay

Zilola’s place is excellent — very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use, which made cooking convenient during our stay. Zilola is a very responsive host and was always quick to assist us when needed. She also kindly helped us supplement some necessary kitchenware and other essentials. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

We had an amazing stay with FNS’s! The apartment was modern, clean, and fully equipped, but the highlight was the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa — especially beautiful at night. The location is ideal: there’s a small shop nearby, and Dubai Mall is just a 5-minute walk away. Another big plus was the beautiful pool in the building — perfect for relaxing after a day out. Despite being in the city center, the apartment was peaceful and quiet. Check-in was smooth, and communication with FNS’s was excellent. We really appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and complimentary coffee and tea. We’re very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend FNS’s to anyone visiting Dubai. Would definitely book again!

Magnifique apparemment idéalement situé à 10 minutes du Burj Khalifa et du dubai mall 😍 Vraiment propre, très pratique avec la machine à laver et surtout la piscine de la résidence qui est bien fraîche et superbe. Merci à l’hôte d’avoir été aussi réactif à toutes les questions, nous avons pu trouver et accéder au logement très facilement. Le lit est très confortable, la terrasse magnifique pour prendre l’air

I would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Dubai. I had a great experience at this apartment. It has all the essentials you need, feels like you’re at home, and is very clean. There is a high amount of choices for entertainment in the apartment alone, including free Netflix, PS5, and fast internet. The place is also great. It is in the middle of downtown, which is great for visiting places. Lastly, it has a high capacity and can fit 6 people, which is great for a family with up to 4 children.

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful one bedroom apartment. Everything was very clean, beautifully decorated and really comfortable furniture. Aicel greeted me in the lobby, and showed me the apartment. Overall, the hosts were very responsive. As mentioned in the description, there's a construction site across the street but I didn't experience any disturbances. Overall, very positive experience, absolutely deserves a 5* star review!

We had a fantastic stay here! Yassin was an excellent host—attentive and quick to respond to our questions. The Dubai Mall is conveniently located just across the street, though accessing it requires exiting the building, taking a right, walking a short distance to cross the road, and then using the elevator to P6. The views of Burj Khalifa and the surrounding landmarks matched the stunning images provided. Overall, we loved our experience and will definitely return for another stay!

I cannot recommend this property enough! The facilities are amazing and the location is out of this world. Salem made my first trip to Dubai an absolute walk in the park.

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Apartamento no Dubai, downtown junto ao imponente Burj Khalifa. O apartamento é maravilhoso, igualzinho e até melhor do que nas fotos, super limpo e organizado, com arrumação e limpeza todos os dias, a localização é mais que perfeita, alguns segundos para o Navat (que fazem um kebab…), 1 minuto para Dubai Fountains, 2 minutos para a porta do Burj Khalifa (que também pode ser visto a partir da varanda do apartamento mesmo),3 minutos para o Dubai Mall, 4 minutos para outros comércios, mercados, barzinhos, o fogo do chão, estação de metrô e farmácias bem próximos e tudo caminhando mesmo! O check in e check out sem burocracia. A anfitriã, Dee é nota 1000!!!! Sempre muito simpática e atenciosa, responde todas as dúvidas rapidamente e sugere outras opções de sítios turísticos e para diversão também! Amamos a estadia e de certeza que voltaremos a nos hospedar consigo Dee!

Nos hospedamos durante una semana con mi familia en el apartamento de Salma, y fue todo mejor de lo planeado. La ubicación es espectacular, sobre la marina, con muchos restaurantes cerca y también a pocas cuadras de JBR, una zona con mucho ambiente y también muchos restaurantes. El apartamento es super cómodo, aún más lindo que en las fotos, y con una terraza que es un placer que desayunar ahí todos los días. Salma fue una host impecable, nos ha dado toda la información al detalle y siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. MUY RECOMENDABLE

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

scenic location, a dream of spending a few days in palm Jumeirah, a man made island fulfilled... swimming pool, beach at back, Corniche at front, well equipped apartment. What a welcoming cosy and spacy apartment with many facilities available. The place was more then clean, nicely decorated and has a lot of convienencies, like using the gym, the pool, washing machine, big screen tv and a balcony to enjoy the view. Gill has been very fast and responsive, helpful and friendly in all. Across the street there is a groccery store and the Metro is walkable. We can recommend this to everyone who wants to go stress free and feel at home right away.
