Family-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown Dubai

Легко нашли дом, на ресепшене все прошло легко и быстро. Квартира большая, светлая, чистая. Есть все, что было в описании- порадовала вода, чай, кофе и сладости! Жили вчетвером-2 взрослых/2 ребенка, все остались довольны. Бассейн на территории большой и чистый, муж ходил в зал пару раз, тоже доволен. Прекрасный вид, хорошая цена! Обязательно вернемся к вам.

I had a great stay at the Torch Tower in Dubai Marina. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The view was beautiful, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from the Marina, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The building is secure, with helpful staff and solid amenities including a gym and pool. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Dubai.

Great place to stay. The host was very accommodating with all that requests. The place is the best in Dubai, on the Palm, pool and ocean are 50 meters apart.

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

Desde el primero día , fueron unas vacaciones inolvidables , las mejores vacaciones de mi vida en este lugar , tiene buena vista cerca a la playa , tiene gimnasio , piscina , todo lo cómodo para una estancia inigualable en dubai, además Filippo nos ayudó para poder hacer check in de la mejor manera ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Iría las veces que fueran necesarias al lugar de Filippo 🇦🇪🇦🇪más que recomendado este lugar .

We celebrate Father's Day here and despite some mishap on the rate and check in communications, the place is really great! First of all, the apartment is really clean with thoughtful personal touches that will make your stay easy, convenient and felt right at home. The amenities, pool and private beach is great. Will go back there sometime soon!

Stayed in many apartments in the Marina and this one was by far the best, great access to Marina and JBR. Khadija's was an excellent host, super responsive and couldn't do enough for me. Would highly recommend.

This stay has been an absolute dream. The apartment is so nicely decorated, with ample storage and appliances, the best location in JBR in terms of access to both JBR, the beach, and the Marina. I felt at home! I particularly enjoyed the seating areas in the living room and balconies. At the Plaza level (one level up the street), you have access to a nice pool, gym, supermarkets, pharmacies, spas and salons, even a medical clinic. Incredibly convenient! Adriana is an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and helpful. Thanks to her guidance, my arrival and checkin was seamless, and she checked on me periodically to make sure my stay was going well. I am so thankful that Adriana shared this property on AirBnB and I am already looking forward to coming back, “inshallah”!

Wow this is an amazing penthouse in prime location on JBR walk - we were a family of 10 ages from 21-69 everyone loved the views, the pool, location - close to everything - Mrs Hla looked after the penthouse and was there on hand if we needed anything- Alex the superhost made checkin, transfers easy and sorted some fabulous excursions - the yacht trip is a must - this was our favourite trip - the dessert was fun too - highly recommend ❤️

We were hoping to check in a little early but unfortunately the rooms they had available for early check in weren’t going to work for us since there was only 1 bed. Then we were told to go kill some time and come back at the scheduled check in time. When we came back we then proceeded to wait in the lobby for over an hour past our scheduled time for our room. Mind you this is after nearly 2 days of traveling.

The Burj residence was an amazing location. Not only was the apartment just as pictured, but was walking distance from the Dubai Mall and countless restaurants. I would highly recommend this location.

The apartment is great, very spacious and great views. Location is prime for JBR, you have access to a multitude of things all in close proximity, beach, safe play areas for children, shops and more. Would definitely recommend and also would stay again. Thank you.

Very nice 1 bedroom apartment in Dubai Marina. Stunning marina view from the living room and the small balcony in the bedroom. Very easy check in, the staff of the building are very friendly. Highly recommended!

Realmente una atención exclusiva, consultas siempre resueltas. Un desayuno increíble, la limpieza impecable, la verdad, un placer haber podido contar con ese lugar y esa ubicación, la rapidez en la respuesta al contratar el servicio, creo que es lo que más agradezco y me hizo sentir muy cómoda, como a mi compañera de cuarto. I have to say that I went to Dubai during the beginning of summer and it can be hot to go out during day time, But Janara’s place was a good place to chill and relax when your indoor. The accomodation was spacious, the kitchenware was complete and it provided what we needed as we like to cook our own food. The bathroom was clean though the water can be too hot ( just like anywhere in Dubai) , but Janara will instruct you to how to navigate it to a manageable temperature. I was impressed on the day of our check in. We were so tired from our trip in Abu Dhabi and had a late check in around 7pm and we got to Janara’s place and the beds were made, fresh towels were ready and slippers provides for the comfort of our feet. Our over all stay was excellent! I will definetly come back to this place when im visiting Dubai.

Appartement très propre, excellent emplacement avec un petit carrefour dans la résidence ça reste très pratique. Plage accessible à pied depuis la résidence si on va pas à la piscine sinon, je commande à 100 %.
