Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown Dubai

This was my second stay at this incredible Airbnb, and it somehow managed to impress me even more than the first time. The apartment is consistently clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. But the highlight, once again, is the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa—absolutely unbeatable. Whether it’s morning light reflecting off the tower or the dazzling night lights, it never gets old. It truly feels like you’re in the heart of Dubai. Sherif and Abdallah remain outstanding—helpful, responsive, and felt like family members throughout. I’ll absolutely be coming back for a third stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

We had a very pleasant stay at Zunaids downtown apartment. Everything was as described and the apartment was fully equipped with all we could need. Omid was also really nice and responsive throughout. Really informative too. The place is also very kid friendly and we will definitely be returning.

Wikki was a great host and the apartment was much more than I hoped it would be. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the huge TV with Airplay. I had coffee at dawn each day on the patio. With the small supermarket downstairs stocking everything I needed, I cooked every day for the entire week. The building is new and impeccably well maintained. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the gym is nicely equipped and never crowded. Would love to stay here again.

It was everything we expected. It was comfortable, well located, and the common amenities were great. Furat was extremely prompt at all points to help with anything at all and we really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

Artem was a great host, the apartment was equipped with everything I needed, the building was at a perfect location. Will definitely be my go to place whenever I visit Dubai again.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine chez Alisa et John. Ils ont été d’agréables hôtes. La vue de l’appartement sur le centre-ville est super. Le métro est à 15 minutes à pied. Il y a plusieurs commerces aux alentours. Il y a une chambre de bain à même la chambre. Une belle piscine sur le toit nous permet de nous détendre après une longue journée de visites. Je recommanderais sûrement cet endroit à mes amis.

I stayed at Nadeem’s place for 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience overall. The apartment is located at a very nice and main location in JBR residences area which is just 5 mins away from JBR beach and bla bla club. The nearest tram station is quite close as well which made commute easy. There are lots of supermarkets around the apartment to help you with any required items. The view from balcony is breathtaking and scenic. Nadeem was very responsive throughout the stay and helped with multiple queries before arriving as well. Overall - 8/10 ⭐️

We had an amazing stay here for 2 nights at Rajnish’s place. We were a family of 5 adults and 1 kid and everyone enjoyed. The views from this appartment (and its 3 balconies) are super amazing. Upon googling I found that this building is the 3rd tallest building in Dubai. The appartment is located on 82nd floor. Rajnish was kind to give us an early checkin at 12:30 pm. Appartment has two extra foldable beds which one can use. Rooms are very spacious and were clean. Bed was comfortable. You get a fast internet. Checkin was smooth. Dubai Marina is a great neighbourhood to stay.

Mary’s place was perfect for me, right next to the Dubai marina. Mary’s place had everything I needed, the bed was so comfy. It was really clean too. I felt very safe here and the people that work in reception in the building are helpful. If I needed anything or any questions Mary would be a message away. If I am ever back in dubai I will defo stay here again. Thanks again!

It was a fantastic stay. The place very clean and nicely appointed. Had everything I needed and host was very attentive and helpful. Location was perfect for my stay and walkable to supermarkets restaurants and other services.

Un séjour au top et en grande partie grâce au logement de Daniela, je le recommande vivement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Rien à dire, mis à part que c’était parfait, de retour sur dubai nous reviendrons sans hésiter chez vous. 🥰

Ho trascorso 14 giorni fantastici nell’alloggio di Maha! La casa era esattamente come descritta, pulita, ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La zona è tranquilla e ben collegata, perfetta sia per rilassarsi che per esplorare i dintorni. Maha è stata un’host eccezionale: sempre disponibile, gentile e pronta ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. Mi sono sentito davvero a casa. Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio e non esiterei a tornarci in futuro!

2 adults and 1 child and we had more than enough space! Spotless, clean and a beautiful sea view which we enjoyed during the day and evening. 2 great size bedrooms and bathrooms and a n ample size kitchen which we used for breakfast and some lunches. The communal pool was pretty and there was also a well equipped shared gym. Spinney’s supermarket nearby and a minute walk to the harbour with delicious restaurants by the waterfront. My friend and I had the best time and we will definitely visit again. It’s slightly out of the ‘centre’ of Dubai but we enjoyed being out of the craziness of it all. Plus, taxi’s are cheap and plentiful so we jumped in one when visiting some of Dubai’s sights. Jay was an excellent host and communication was seamless and easy. Thank you!

Maryam was very responsive and lovely to communicate with. The apartment is well located with great views and easy to walk everywhere and had everything we needed. The pool is also very nice. I would stay again if I visit beautiful Dubai again. Thank you Maryam :)
