This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

Great place with a great view and a huge balcony and especially the towels presentation was great as well as the place was very clean and smelled good ! I will definitely stay again next time im in the city and the host was very responsive and check in was very easy !

Additionally, we are very grateful for the flexibility with a late checkout, which made our departure much more convenient. Spent my Eid holidays here and absolutely loved it! The Airbnb was perfect for two people—super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The view was incredible, both from inside the place and by the pool. The rooftop had such a good vibe—great energy and atmosphere, throughout the day. Honestly, it felt like the perfect little escape. Definitely found my new go-to spot. Will 100% be back!

Absolutely wonderful home and an even more amazing host! From the very beginning, the clear and thoughtful instructions made everything feel easy and welcoming. We had a wonderful time at the villa at the Royal Residences. Ahmad was a fantastic host, answered all our questions and provided great suggestions. We villa was spotless, the staff at the resort were wonderful and we can’t wait to come back.

Our stay was wonderful at Naji’s AirBNB in the heart of the city. The views were fantastic 🏙️ and the accommodation was just what we needed. One of the best Airbnbs i been too. Amazing view. Very peaceful. Great host. Photos dont do this place justice. Its actually bigger than it looks. If i went to dubai i would stay at the same place again! Private balcony was well worth it. Sunrise views in morning. Although a bit far from mainland (about 20-25 mins) careem app was very useful. Food/taxis at your fingertips.

Everything was great! I highly recommend this apartment. I stayed for 19 nights and loved it. The furniture is beautiful - modern and sleek, the bed very comfortable- which is very important to me as I am traveling a lot - literally everything you might possibly need is available in the apartment - from kitchen equipment to washing utilities. The view is also amazing. For me definitely a place that feels like home 😊.

This was the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in – even better than the 5-star hotels we tried in Dubai. The spacious 1-bedroom apartment is in the perfect JBR location, with the Marina on one side and the beach a short walk away. It’s spotless, beautifully furnished, smells amazing, and offers stunning sea views from both the bedroom and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the host truly went above and beyond: not only did they provide a baby bassinet, but also a high chair, baby tub, toys, books, and even baby food – all at no extra cost. We were also greeted with a basket of goodies, bottled water, tea, and coffee. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful – they even offered fresh towels after a week, and when I broke a glass, their only concern was my safety. There’s also a great guidebook with everything you need to know about JBR and Dubai. Truly a 10/10 stay – we are so grateful!

Host: Daniil was very responsive and the information provided was great. Accommodation: The space was great. It was quiet and relaxing. It is in a great location and the amenities were fantastic. We were able to access items and spaces associated to Wyndham Residences which is attached. We got to enjoy the restaurants, the pool, and the beach. The balcony provided a great view of the other side of the Persian Gulf with people on boats and jet skis. We were near one of their newest malls. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. The only downsides are the hall lights are motion activated so you may be walking in the dark for a few seconds until you trigger a sensor. Also, don’t expect to take a LONG (>7 min) hot shower due to the water heaters’ capacity limitations. We were provided two sets of towels apiece for a four night stay. There is a washing machine but you have to dry your towels outside. I still give this place a 5 due to everything else mentioned above.

everything was perfect, we had a dream holiday, the house was clean with my wife and baby, frank and his team always responded quickly to our problems, only an additional long thin carpet is needed in the corridor, everything else in the house was perfect and clean, all the technology tools in the house were of good quality

We had an amazing family stay, the discription matches to our expetations. Easy to walk to the beach and local shops.

Fahad's place was great.. The room was very big with lots of space to spread out all my stuff! 😂 The view of the beach was beautiful 😁 parking right outside the gate was so convenient. Communication was excellent, very prompt! I was a solo traveler and Mujahid (on-site) made sure I had someone to help me in & out with my heavy luggage, I only wish the elevator would have been working 😏 Although I had a very short stay on my way home from Dubai.. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended! Very nice place with wonderful people who operate it! 🙏🏼
