A great centrally located place to explore Colorado Springs! We could walk to many restaurants, coffee shops, trails, and parks. The house was cute, the pups loved the backyard, and we really enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely loved staying here! Breanne was thoughtful and generous with her space! Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Brittany’s house! Prospect Lake is directly across from the house, which is part of a public park, and it has a paved walkway around it. It was beautiful! We greatly enjoyed seeing it and walking around it for exercise and leisure. The house is immaculate, the beds are comfortable, and she provides a lot of things like coffee, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. We have never had anyone be that generous in a rental before. It sure made things easy! She also communicated with us before and during. Checking in and out was simple! I would love to stay there again! Thanks again for everything, Brittany! :-)

The trains mentioned didn't bother us at all. I think this is possibly one of the best values for the area! SUPER Bang for the buck!

Our stay at Ryan's home was great! The house is small but perfect for two people and two dogs. Everything was very comfortable and cute. I always look for an airbnb with a tub and a hot tub and this home has both. Lincoln School is right across the street - it's a really cute converted school with a brewery, a coffee shop and a couple of restaurants as well as several other types of businesses. This airbnb is on a busy street so we didn't spend any time out front but the backyard was great for relaxing with the dogs and enjoying the hot tub at the end of the day. Def recommend this property!

Jacquie's place was perfect! It was a lovely stay. We were in the area to do some sightseeing and to check out Desert Reef Hot Springs. The house was perfect and we really appreciated the personal touches and extra attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful time!

The little house was a great stay! Very close to Red Rocks Canyon Open Space and Garden of the Gods. We saw deer in the evenings out in the field. The neighborhood is very quiet. We never heard any of the people around us during our stay. The road going up to the driveway is a bit steep and I scraped the bottom of my car if I didn't get the right angle. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the coffee bar! Overall it was very nice and we would definitely stay here again in the future!

Loved the house and the back yard! The fence is about 3 ft tall on one side so be aware of that if you are booking with dogs. It worked out great for us just keeping our jumper on a long leash when she was in the back yard. Parking was easy, getting in was chill, the coffee set up was perfect. 10/10 would stay again

Emilio was a great host along with his place. Very quaint and had all things you’d need. Sport court and air hockey table was a great addition!

Very nice and spacious! Perfect for 8 people and did not feel crowded at all. Pretty central location as well. The hot tub was so big, which was great because we could all hang out at once. Would stay again!

The host, Erin, provided detailed checkin/checkout instructions and responded quickly to messages. Also, the location was easy to find and close to restaurants, the lake, and park. The home itself was cozy and inviting. Overall, we had a great stay!

The home has tons of beds, almost two kitchens (full size fridge & microwave downstairs). Sofas and sofas and more sofas. Julia has more kids books then all our Grandbabies put together. The beds were so comfortable, the views incredible. Julia was absolutely wonderful to work with even with all the mess and disaster AirBNB put us through she was fantastic! I can’t recommend her enough!

This was my first time staying at an Air B&B and it was a very easy process! Home was very clean and accommodating for 15 guests that included kids who didn’t complain about being bored!! The games and outdoor slide kept everyone entertained!

Space was as advertised - modern, clean and comfortable for five adults visiting for the long weekend out of state. Secure and convenient parking was an added bonus. Check in and check out was convenient - host was responsive to any concerns and provided communication up to and throughout our stay. Will stay again when in the area.

The cottage was perfect for my husband and dog! We felt right at home and the home offered the perfect location to all our hiking adventures! Super peaceful location making it perfect to sit outside and enjoy the views! ☺️

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy, comfortable home! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We brought our two dogs, and it worked out great. The fenced-in backyard gave them space to stretch their legs, and the location was perfect for day trips to Garden of the Gods and downtown Manitou Springs, easy to get to and so much to explore nearby. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was super smooth. Note for future guests: The fenced backyard is really convenient, but just a heads-up. there’s no direct door from the house to the yard. You’ll go out the front door and walk about 10 feet to the right to access it. It’s not a problem at all, just something helpful to know if you’re bringing pets.

This was our second stay at Sue’s and we had a great time. Sue is very proactive, attentive to your needs, and just an all out great hostess. Her communication skills are impeccable. She always checks in during your stay to make sure everything is ok. This place has all the comforts we need. It is a great “home base” for discovering the Colorado front end. Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Cripple Creek, and only 70 miles from Denver. You have Boulder and Pueblo not far either. Lots of things to do around this place. People in Colorado Springs are friendly. The shops and stores are convenient. The local restaurants are great. We will definitely stay at Sue’s again.

Everything about this place was thoughtfully done. We were able to completely relax knowing everything we needed was right there. The notes around the house were very helpful. Looking forward to staying here again.

This was our second time staying in this cute cottage. The neighborhood is quaint and close to greenway trails and Colorado College. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and enjoyed sitting in the porch.

Just a superb location at the foot of Cheyenne Mountain. Secluded yet very close to Broadmoor and all it offers. We would definitely return when the time comes

Just as described but way bigger than the photos let on. Our stay was great - we got rained out and were not able to do anything we planned in town but we loved staying here. It is in a great neighborhood and close to some fantastic restaurants. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the place was spotless. Only downside was weak water pressure in the shower but it wasn’t a big deal. Bonus - our dog felt right at home and he loved the place too.
