Guest house holiday rentals in Downtown, Colorado Springs

Kathleen (and her pups) were welcoming hosts. It was peaceful and just what we needed. The kids were thrilled to see multiple wild turkeys and deer. Kathleen always responded to our questions and I appreciated her friendliness.

I had a wonderful stay at Rebecca's sweet cabin. It was warm and cozy, with everything I needed to settle in each evening. I was out all day and looked forward to coming back at night. The cabin had a good hot shower, a full kitchen and a comfortable bed with soft quilts and plenty of pillows. I slept well and woke to a family of deer walking by the deck in the early morning. I would definitely come back again.

Ingrid and Robert were amazing!! The place was fantastic. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. They were there for us at every turn with answers and assistance. This will definitely be our Colorado place when we are in town! Out of five stars we give it a six!!❤️❤️

This was our second time staying in this cute cottage. The neighborhood is quaint and close to greenway trails and Colorado College. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and enjoyed sitting in the porch.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! All of the small details around the yard and garden were just darling! The irises and other flowers were in bloom, Debbie even left us a small bouquet from the yard on the kitchen table-how thoughtful! And there were strawberries growing in the yard she said we could help ourselves if they were ripe. And, if that wasn’t enough, you could see pikes peak from the windows and the corner of their yard! Just breathtakingly beautiful! The space and beds were so comfortable. Coffee and tea were available. All odds and ends we needed for food and drink. Debbie was available if we needed, but we felt like the space was very private. We never wanted to leave. Thank you for providing such a thoughtful, creative, and cozy space! Finding little gems everywhere we looked was just charming.

I appreciated the stainless steel pots and the ceramic pan and the sharp knives. The place did have all the amenities including washer and dryer that comes in handy. 15-20 minutes drive to hiking in the mountains. Neighborhood is pretty quiet except for the trains. It is near train tracks that are used, hence the name. No train horns so manageable with ear plugs but may not be everyone's cup of tea.

Had an amazing time at the cottage. Had great amenities and was very cozy! Located in a great place with an awesome little town and was close enough to other attractions that we were never bored. Would certainly stay here again!

Nice and quiet place and so close to garden of the gods and many other attractions in the area. Had everything we needed for our stay in Colorado Springs. Would easily stay here again.

We stayed at The Love Nest to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. It was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed. There is a great book with all the local recommendations, how-to's, and information about the unit. The hot tub was divine. They really thought of everything; slippers when you walk in, robes in the bathroom, coffee, tea, hot cocoa. Lots of fun books and games. It was the best weekend we've had in a while and we can't wait to visit again! Thank you for such an incredible place!

Our stay at Cheyenne Casita was wonderful! The space was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. We enjoyed the abundant natural light. Melissa was a wonderful host - a proactive communicator, providing detailed instructions and available for questions when we needed her. Would love to stay again when we travel back to Colorado Springs!

This little gem is tucked away on a very private little road and a beautiful section that you can see the shadow of Pike's peak and all its glory, resplendent, in the clouds, the colors and the tastefully appointed amenities were outstanding in this unit are absolutely really luck that I'll definitely. Come back. Everything was top of the line. It was better And then what I expected, and it looked great to start whether

Great stay! Matthew was amazing. I had originally planned my trip months before, but my dad passed and Matthew let me move my trip. It was the perfect place to stay for my first time in Colorado!

I had the pleasure of staying at Austin’s listing while in town for my daughter’s high school graduation. The place was gorgeous, clean, and in a great location. Austin was great at communicating instructions for both check in and check out. I loved the sun room! I spent most of my stay out there reading when we weren’t out. Lots of cabinet/drawers to store your stuff. Light switches and all things clearly labeled which was helpful in easing our way into the property . Loved staying here, would recommend and consider next time I’m in town!

Had a lovely stay here for our honeymoon! Quiet and peaceful atmosphere and had a stocked kitchen which was nice since we arrived late. We were so impressed by how much thought was put into all the details. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful tiny home for a one night stay! Peaceful surrounding, makes you forget you’re next to a city!

Jessica was so kind and her place was the perfect home base during our visit in Colorado. Our dogs loved the yard and the neighborhood was so nice for walks. We felt safe and were able to enjoy the nearby breweries and restaurants.

This place was beautiful! Perfect cozy guest house! The hosts were wonderful with communication, recommendations, and the place has everything you may need! We would highly recommend and would stay again!

We needed a place to stay in the Springs that was centrally located and functional. Basically, we needed a place to sleep. Bingo! We had lived in the Springs and knew our way around. You can get anywhere from here in twenty minutes or less. The alley driveway in the back is tricky. You get used to it easily. I would highly recommend Rachel’s place if you want a jumping off point to explore the Springs. Thank you, Rachel!

We were in town for a wedding and Katherine’s location was right by the wedding venue. It was a beautiful and private guest house that was perfect for what we needed. Katherine was a wonderful host who was very friendly and responsive and truly cares for the space and the guests stay. Would recommend her space to anyone staying in the area.

Beautiful little place to stay! The views are beautiful of the mountains. This location is close to downtown and many great restaurants! Cozy and comfortable.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay the hosts were kind, responsive, & clearly put a lot of care into the space. It’s peaceful, well-stocked, & especially good for couples or families with young kids. There’s a large, deep, undivided sink great for bathing little ones, thoughtful child-safe details, & two nice outdoor seating areas. High end appliances.!However, some notes: The listing says “driveway parking for one vehicle” in one spot & “two” in another, but it’s actually gravel parking between the Airbnb & an outbuilding. There’s not enough room for a wheelchair accessible van, & the gravel is difficult using walkers. Inside, many fixtures (shower head, mirror, hooks) are mounted very high, & the shower threshold is taller and wider than expected. The addition of grab bars would help solve this problem. We had to rewash linens, clean the washer, and remove & wash a mildewed shower curtain. Still, the space is lovely & we’re giving 5 stars because the hosts are new & clearly trying hard.

Jodi was an excellent host. She gave us our space but was also attentive and friendly. Her home was the perfect for a couple. The environment inside was clean light and cozy.
