Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown, Boston

Thank you for sharing your home! I found this a very convenient location to the T which brought us right to downtown Boston. I especially appreciated the umbrella that was left for use in the living room as I forgot mine and it was a rainy weekend. This apartment was spotless and I loved the espresso machine!

The place was incredible! It’s a great location on a very pretty street and walkable to all kinds of things: restaurants, parks, train station. And Tim was a wonderful host. The place was cleans and honestly even bigger than it looked in the pictures. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay. The home looks as depicted in the photos. Beautiful spaces indoors and out. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The property manager, Jay, lives nearby and came over upon our arrival to show us around the property and make suggestions for things to do in the area.

Great spot for attending a convention - 20 minute walk. Neighborhood has groceries, banks, restaurants and a drug store. Host was very responsive and the place was super clean with everything we needed.

This place is AMAZING! An absolute must stay. Close to public transit, restaurants, coffee shops, in the cutest neighborhood. We were in awe of how adorable and perfect and homey the apartment is. Truly one of my most favorite stays. The hosts were communicative and even let us drop our bags off early as we were coming from another air Bnb and didn’t want to lug our suitcases around Boston all day. I had some questions about check in and they responded to me in minutes. Truly wonderful.

Very nice apartment with all amenities that are necessary for a long stay. I stayed for a month. The house is fully equipped. There are washing machine and dryer which are really helpful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Easy access to bus station and metro.There are many nice restaurants in the neighborhood of Somerville. Hamed, the host answered all my questions immediately and whenever there was a problem with the electric appliances he was always available to solve it. I would recommend this apartment definitely for long stay in Boston.

My daughter and I arrived slightly early and I asked if I could possibly arrive a little early and the answer was absolutely yes! We could drop off our luggage since they were still in the midst of cleaning from earlier guests and this was greatly appreciated. We were even recommended a wonderful restaurant within walking distance (Lincoln Tavern). Once we were able to check in we noticed the water pressure was excellent and the apartment appeared extremely clean and looked like the photos. The neighborhood has plenty of amenities and good coffee shops with pastries. I would stay here again if I ever make it back to Boston. Please note that this apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Shirley's place is as described. It is comfortable and generous in size. There is parking available both in the driveway and on the street(with a supplied parking pass) for two cars altogether. Fresh linens are plentiful and the kitchen is very practical for cooking and eating in. Outdoor furniture on the back porch allowed us to invite over friends and socialize in nice weather. It is simple, but comfortable.

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

We had a great stay at this South Boston condo! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Convention Center, and the Seaport area, making getting around the city extremely simple. The space was spotless and clearly well cared for. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. The main bedroom was quiet and had a great work setup with a desk. The lower bunk bed is set directly on the floor, which actually worked out well—smaller adults in our group found it comfy and easy to sleep on. Parking was limited, but we found street parking without much trouble. Overall, a clean, convenient, and well-located spot—we’d definitely stay here again!

We loved Andy’s place! Comfortable beds, hot strong shower, very roomy. Two balconies! Shops, restaurants, diners, grocery stores, discount stores, all in easy walking distance. There are quite a lot of steps to get up to the apartment, but they’re well-lit and there are hand rails everywhere. My sister lives less than a mile away from Andy’s house and doesn’t always have room for all of us. We’ll definitely be back!

This was the second time we had stayed at Kristin’s. We loved it so much last year we had to come back! Nothing beats the view from the rooftop deck. Everything you need, to include ample public water access, is just a short walk. We plan on making this a yearly stay. The fact you can bring your pup is an added bonus!

Adorable brownstone in JP! Close to the orange line, quiet neighborhood with lots of families. House was great, lots of space.

What a gem!! Ana's appartement is amazing. The bedrooms are large with good mattresses and furniture. Kitchen is great too. There is a nice patio to sit on at the back. Ana's house is extrememy clean, cosy and very well maintained, we will definitely stay here again when we visit Boston!

Stayed at Andrew's place in Boston for 3 nights to attend a Sox game and a couple nights of concerts. No parking at the house but Andrew was perfect in describing where I can park a short 2 blocks away. It's about 2-3 miles from anything you'd want to do in the city....Fenway Park, the Aquarium and waterfront etc....easy 10 minute drive (city traffic). The place had everything you'd need, was clean as a whistle and Andrew was super quick to respond with anything I asked, whether it was about parking, nearby places to eat, etc....he really was right on top of everything. I don't really go to Boston for much but if I find myself there again I'll definitely be looking at Andrew's place as my first choice!

We had a great stay at Cayla's home. Cayla was very responsive and flexible. We appreciated the availability of street parking (with permit provided) and laundry in the basement. Would definitely stay again!

We LOVED our stay. I gasped when I first laid eyes on the interior of the apartment--the photos do not do it justice. I turned and said to my friend that I could believe myself in a Parisian pied-à-terre. It was elegant and beautiful AND comfortable. We cooked several delicious meals in the first-rate kitchen. Whole Foods is literally across the street and my friend appreciated the even-closer Starbucks a lot. The subway is 0.4 miles away and made traveling to and from TD Garden--we were there for World Figure Skating Championships--really easy. Also, Kristen is a terrific host--fast and clear communications. I'm already missing our time there!

Christian's place was perfect for our Boston Trip. We were a short walk from all the public transportation stops and it was easy to get to and from the area to the bulk of Boston. Christian was a great host and very helpful, attentive, and all around made our stay that much better. The space was perfect for four adults.

Nice place to stay, convenient to all things Boston. 15-20 minutes to everything! Comfortable, nice TV, nice mattresses, and very responsive hosts. The water pressure in the shower is a bit low - something to be aware of if you have long hair to wash. Overall it’s a great place to stay and was the perfect fit for four people to spend a nice weekend exploring Boston. Thanks again.

Alex’s place was awesome! She was great at communicating leading up to the stay and very flexible. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything. 10/10 would recommend!

Had a wonderful one night stay at Bryan’s place while visiting family. Home was extremely clean and quiet and had everything we needed. The provided snack basket/water was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.
