Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown Austin

We absolutely loved this place!!! Very clean and tidy while having an at home feeling. Would 100% recommend to anyone!!

New building with great amenities. Host is very responsive and the apartment has everything you need. Location is perfect. I could walk to many places in downtown. I liked my stay, and extended for 2 additional months. Thanks , ShortStay By Greystar

Dakota's apartment was an excellent stay. The view is absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is very elegant, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for cooking and great coffee. The beds and living area furniture are very comfortable and a nice quality. The showers are also nice. The location of the apartment building is great and very walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The apartment building is nice, safe and efficient (as well as the valet parking). The front desk staff are friendly and will securely store luggage until check-in time. Note that the check-in staff seem to only rely on the host for details of the apartment, thankfully Dakota is very responsive. We look forward to staying here again!

great place to stay.

This is a great location to walk to lots of great restaurants and stores. This was our first time staying in the Domain area. We were even surprised by a luxury and exotic car show right outside while we were in town. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay and Tim responded quickly and helped us when we needed him. Thanks for letting us stay!

We loved our stay here! It was even bigger, cleaner, nicer, and more comfortable than expected. We stayed and worked from the Airbnb and had zero issues with internet speed and connectivity. The pool is great and the building is also wonderful with a great staff. It looked like there was even going to be a Starbucks in the lobby soon! We got lucky and were able to check in early too, but it is dependent on cleaning status. 100/10!

Alex’s place was a great place to stay. It was quiet, immaculate, and once you figure out the parking, it’s easy to come and go. I only had one minor issue but Alex was very quick to respond and help. I would only advise to take a look at the initial instructions and update. After trying to figure it out on my own, I had to go into the management office and they agreed the instructions weren’t completely accurate or easy to follow. I will definitely stay here again when going back to Austin!

I recently enjoyed this stay, and it was everything I hoped for, relaxing, refreshing, and absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. The building accommodations were spot on, and provided all the comforts of home with an added touch of luxury. I loved the bar (for drinks and coffee) downstairs. Friendly and attentive staff without being intrusive. Parking was by (24/7) valet or paid street parking only. I highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting the downtown Austin vibe.

I absolutely loved the Airbnb.. it’s in an excellent area.. you can go out and walk around n site see if that’s what your into .. the location is really nice around nice shops and everything …Lynn is a excellent host .. we had a hiccup when we first got there with another Airbnb and she helped us get booked with her and sent the information quickly so we were able to change locations without any wait time in between .. I’m so thankful for that .. and it was later in the evening so it was definitely greatly appreciated… I would recommend her Airbnb and would love to stay here again if ever in the area ..

cute place and a great location to the lake and walkable to the event I attended for the week. Plan ahead for valet if you have plans, they can get quite backed up to get your car. Loved to be able to use peloton and gym. Pool is not a swimming pool, more of an adult kiddie pool but nice to soak tired feet and lay in the sun. The noise didn't bother me, the sound machine worked great, beautiful view. Thank you.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay in Austin celebrating my husband's 70th BDay with our two daughters. The experience was made even more special thanks to our fabulous hosts, Maelia & Liya. They were incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had-always ready with helpful recommendations for local events and dining. The suite itself was perfect for our family—2 bdrms, 2 baths, & a fully equipped kitchen with every amenity you could think of. From cooking spices and spray to honey for tea, pool towels, plastic glasses, and even a picnic basket for enjoying the pool area—it felt like everything had been thoughtfully considered. Speaking of the pool—it was absolutely fabulous! Plenty of reclining chairs made it easy to relax in the sun, & the view from the pool area was simply amazing. The location was also ideal, with lots of excellent restaurants nearby and just a pleasant 30-minute walk across the bridge to reach a variety of shopping options. We will definitely return

Tamara and Sam were so helpful and thoughtful, very responsive to any question I had. Forth right with any information before I even reached out. I loved their place, so clean and comfy. We came for concerts and ate out a lot but the kitchen was well stocked with the things you’d need if you wanted to cook at home. The location was perfect! Walkable to a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars. I have already recommended it several times and would definitely come back!

Fell in love with this condo! Very cool building. Loved the concrete ceiling and decor and stylish finishings in this unit. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the river in both directions as well as the city skyline. You could see the bat bridge. Was very walkable to restaurants, bars and grocery store right around the corner. Rooftop pool was very nice and serene. Very well stocked had my favorite water and some fun drinks. Also had a curling iron which I very much appreciated with mine breaking in transit. They had everything covered in this place to make you feel comfortable. We really appreciate a well stocked airbnb. Also enjoyed some time kayaking the river. This condo made our Austin trip spectacular.

Beautiful apartment, great location!

Easy to find and really great area with access to all parts of the city. Very communicative host. The interior of the rental was well represented by the photos. The exterior entrance is down a few stairs without a railing so could be problematic for some. The sofa was replaced during our stay and we were given a discount for the inconvenience.

Very beautiful home and super clean looks just like the pictures

This place was perfect for us! We had enough room to spread out, loved the arcade cabinets, and we enjoyed the back yard putt-putt and small pool. Very modern home with clean lines and lots of things available for us to enjoy. My kids are older, but the convenience of a portable crib and eating chair already there is so thoughtful and takes the stress out of logistics. My kids loved the coloring books and card games, and were big fans of the big bunk bed. Our host was very proactive and friendly, and we had every thing we needed to feel right at home. I would definitely utilize this place again when I'm back in town.

We had an amazing time at this place! It was the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Stephanie's thoughtful touch was evident in the helpful videos she provided, making it easy for us to navigate any issues. But the real highlight was the serene outdoor space! The peaceful atmosphere was incredibly calming, and we loved unwinding by the pool and soaking in the hot tub. It was the perfect cherry on top of our stay!

This house was perfect for a staycation. Tray was super responsive when I had questions. The yoga studio was a huge bonus for us. Will be looking to stay again in the future.

Zoel's home was very clean and comfortable. The backyard was completely fenced, beautiful and very peaceful. We walked the neighborhood and found a peaceful park nearby with a walking path. This is a perfect place for a family with children and or dogs. Zoel gave clear instructions regarding checking in and we didn't have any issues.

This place was cozy and had exactly what we needed for our time in Austin. It was quiet which is important to me. I appreciated the unique decor with its mid-century feel. The only thing I wish there were more pillows on the beds and throw pillows on the couches but not a deal breaker. I would return here.
