Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Douglas County

Joy was a fabulous host. He place is beautiful and in a perfect location. I was there for my daughter’s graduation and it was in a perfect location. The patio is beautiful and a great place to relax. I would definitely go back! Thank you!!

We absolutely loved our stay with Benjamin! My family came to Lawrence for graduation weekend, and it was perfect for our stay. There is construction happening a street over, and Benjamin was great about giving us a heads-up/instructions on how to get around. The unit was easy to find as it has a distinct entrance marker (I'll let him tell you, when you book for privacy). The space is actually a bit larger than it looks; plenty of room for the five of us who stayed. Since we noted that we would have five of us, he made up the sofa-bed in the second bedroom in advance (not shown in photos). This was very relieving! Everything was very clean. The location is SO walkable. I cannot overstate this. We were able to walk to restaurants/shops on Mass Street multiple times over the weekend. The farthest walk I think was 12 mins, and it is all flat, so very easy. Thanks again, Benjamin! You made graduation weekend cozy and worry-free :)

Awesome location on Mass st, apartment was very clean, Wanna was quick to respond to all of our questions. We had a wonderful Lawrence weekend & would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here before. It is a very handy location for getting to town and visiting with family in town. I love that it is very private and we have room to spread out. Any time I have texted Staci, she has responded right away. So glad to have found this place to stay!

Adam's place was an amazing stay. I wish I could of stayed longer! Clean, cozy, great location above the brewery/restaurant and walking distance to tons of shops and eateries. 5 stars! Will be looking to book again in the future!

Erin’s Air BNB was homey, tidy, comfortable and as described. We fully enjoyed our stay and Erin was available for questions throughout our stay. Next time I’m in Lawrence, I’ll hit Erin up again!! Linda

I had a great stay at this bungalow! It has all the amenities needed for a safe, cozy, and comfortable stay. It’s also a really nice looking little place. Easy to get to everything in Eudora, yet secluded enough for quietude. Very simple to keep clean and organized! I’m grateful for Melissa and this awesome little place! Easy parking access through the alley in the back! I could back my car easily to the porch to load and unload my stuff. This was so much nicer than my hotel stays in the past!

We had a great stay at Joni’s. We stayed on a weekend with a big event happening downtown and appreciated walking easily to Mass Street and having a parking spot to leave our car at the house. It was great to be back in Lawrence! Thanks for a lovely Airbnb experience.

Stay here! I was in Lawrence for a week doing a program at KU. The cottage is a classic behind-the-house above-garage gem in a beautiful neighborhood of big Victorians and cobblestone style streets. You can also walk easily from this spot to downtown with its many great restaurants and cultural events. About a 30 minute pleasant walk to KU. I loved chatting with Mark and Suzie. They even called me after they found my book light in the bedding after I left! Why this place is great: parking in the alley next to the apartment; well-equipped, cute kitchen; AC and fans; ironing board and iron; blow dryer; Magic Bullet; tasteful leather furniture; sunny inside; sweet hosts with deep ties to the community. Pro tips: bring a sleep mask in the summer, go to Wheatfields for coffee and the Bourgeois Pig for other beverages! Keep the AC on when you leave if it’s going to be a hot Kansas day — heat does, in fact, rise! Can’t wait to return. This place was even nicer than the pics!

Great spot in walking distance to Mass Street.

We were very pleased and will be back. We have stayed at several places in Lawrence and this one was by far the best. Most of the homes or apartments have a shut up old musty smell. Not a clean and open smell. This home was clean and nice and felt like home as soon as you opened the door. I just wish we had found it sooner. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

A beautiful place! We came for graduation at University of Kansas. The home was just far enough outside Lawrence to relax and enjoy the quiet countryside yet enjoy all Lawrence had to offer. The lake was beautiful. Enjoyed our morning walks there. Also enjoyed a wine tasting at the vineyard on Sunday afternoon.

Just what we needed for myself and two kids while we were between homes for 6 weeks. Very responsive, kind , and friendly hosts, nothing but good things to say about them and their place. I appreciate their flexibility and willingness to accommodate us. Thank you!

Had a wonderful girls trip in Lawrence. Loved how close it was to Mass street and the farmers market! We enjoyed the hot tub and drinks at night.

This is our highest recommendations if you want to be near all the action and restaurants but still very private and quiet! We were next door to the Saturday farmers market and at the doorstep of the fun annual Busker Festival (3 days) downtown and enjoyed experiencing both, but when we returned to our apartment not a sound could be heard. This property had everything we needed to feel at home, so our stay-at-home dinners were interspersed with great restaurant meals within easy walking distance. Ashley was always very responsive and the perfect host. All in all this was a great one week stay, and we definitely hope to return whenever we come back to Lawrence!

Great place! Clean and in nice quiet neighborhood. Location worked great for us as was literally down the road from family. Melanie responded immediately when my tech un-knowledgeable self couldn’t figure out the door lock.

We loved are stay here. Very quiet, new, clean and an air conditioner that worked well. It was so fun to walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Parking was 10 cents per hour….cheap! We will stay here again!

Stayed here for my Advanced Trauma Life Support class and excellent walking distance from Stormont Vail hospital. Host was awesome! Cleaning lady was excellent and very helpful! Absolutely would stay here again!

I booked this space for a visiting teacher. The stay was seamless. Everything was easy and accessable. Ashley responded super quick whenever we had a question. The location was perfect and even though it is in downtown and faced the street it was super quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Will book again.
