We really enjoyed our stay. Home was decorated very nicely, was comfortable for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to the highway to reach all of the attractions. Morgan was extremely nice and responded to any questions promptly.

Terry was really helpful, my family enjoyed the place it was like we were at home, and the little Walmart was walkable Thank you Terry, if my family ever come back to Atlanta again we will definitely stay at your place again if available

We had a great stay for our daughters med school graduation. Clean comfortable spot for our family. We were just two blocks from her home in a quiet neighborhood Easy walking to restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at the Trace. Everything was as described in pictures . House was free from dirt, dust, and clutter, with surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with great amenities. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent location, with nearby entertainment, and restaurants. Mark was a very responsive host and worked with me on my last minute stay. I will definitely stay again .

Absolutely beautiful home and worth every penny you spend on it!! The house was clean and everything was in great shape! Gated community with nice walking areas. All of us truly enjoyed the night stay there. If we are ever in Atlanta again we will be looking for this home again and again.

Lamar was a wonderful host and made me and my family feel right at home! From his daily check ins to recommendations if needed to make sure our stay was perfect. His home looks just like the pictures, peaceful community and within walking distance to restaurants and easy access to highways. We made a last minute visit to Atlanta and I’m happy we were able to book this place. It’s very near the 96 Olympic cauldron and I thought that was cool. East short drive to Georgia Aquarium, zoo, and Coca Cola World. We traveled with our dogs and found the neighborhood to be dog friendly. The area is being revitalized but it was quiet and seemed very safe. Grocery store and pocket restaurants very near. Probably walking distance if you wanted. The king bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. House had everything we needed for 4 people and a couple dogs. The Garage was a plus. It is tight but we have a mid size suv and it easily fit. TVs is bedrooms was a plus when everyone needed some space. I would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

My family of 4 and dog stayed here for a week to get away from the hurricane in FL. Place was great. Quiet. Nice fenced in back yard. Quiet neighborhood we could take walks in. Internet was fast so both my wife and I could work remotely. 10 min drive to a ton a really good food options. Hosts were responsive and very accommodating to us. And only 30 min to downtown Atlanta. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, neighborhood location.

We had a fantastic stay at Helen’s home in Midtown - it was the perfect base for our weekend family visit. The layout was ideal, with en-suite bathrooms in every room and great communal space for relaxing together. The location was unbeatable, the two parking spots were a huge bonus, and we’d definitely stay again if we were back in town with a group.
