Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme de Brest à 200m de la salle Aréna et à 200m d'une station du TRAM. Un grand parc boisé est accessible également en quelques minutes. Vous pourrez bénéficier aussi de notre piscine couverte de mai à octobre. Nous sommes aussi situés à environ 15mn de plages de sable fin. Le petit déjeuner est compris. Le logement proposé aux visiteurs est indépendant de la partie occupée par les hôtes.
