Görkan’s house was an exceptionally comfortable and welcoming place to stay. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including ample cutlery, plates, and a set of pots that looked brand new. The spacious layout made us feel right at home, and the peaceful surroundings ensured quiet nights. The bedding and mattresses were very comfortable, allowing us to sleep soundly throughout our stay. Görkan’s team was attentive and responsive, providing helpful support from check-in to check-out and promptly answering any questions we had. Overall, we were very happy with our stay in Serik and would gladly return.

Kerim as Host and Ufuk as driver were very responsible and allways reachable. The house were as seen on the pictures, with a lot of space and a nice pool area. Belek town center is reachable in 5 minutes with car. Small supermarkets can be find directly out of the complex. The house was also very clean and in a good condition. The only two small downsides were that the house is the last in the row of the complex and therefore it can be from time to time a little bit loud bcz of the street next to the house, and that no basic utilities (salt, pepper, oil, washing powder) were available. in conclusion we fully recomment the house of Kerim and you can have an awesome time there

Sibel is excellent host. They have arranged everything. From airport pickup to regular messages to make sure we are comfortable. The location is 5 mins away from public beach, and local market and 30 away from airport. Its 5 mins away from land of legends, a must-see place in Antalya. we have spent 5 days in Sibel's villa. It is very tidy and secure.

Great host, great price and great accommodation. Perfect for my solo trip away but with plenty of space for a family or friend group to stay. Walking distance to land of legends and beaches!

Mr. Tanju is a wonderful host. He contacted us the day before our stay and shared the location information, and in the following period, he gave us advice about the activities that can be done in the region. He answered all our questions quickly. The house was clean and had all the tools and equipment that might be needed. If we need to stay in the same area again, we will definitely contact him.

Enjoyed our stay. Large place. Idris provided extra towels and sheets upon request and was very accommodating, providing recommendations and such. We loved our stay. Good value for money

We had a great time in this villa where I stayed with our family. Our villa was very clean and spacious. We are very satisfied. Mr. Hikmet's interest and relevance was very nice. We also thank them. With peace of mind, we would recommend it to anyone. We were very pleased.

Ali is a really great host! He is very responsive and communication is excellent. The villa was immaculate and when we asked for extra items like a toaster and coffee machine, he kindly got us one (and very quickly too). There was a constant supply of bottled water (free). The pool area was lovely and was kept clean throughout our stay. Ali helped us to organise an excursion- zip lining, buggy safari and white water rafting, which was so much fun and suitable for all ages. There is a nice pizza place a couple of minutes walk away (Dorf Pizza) and there are shops about a 10-15 minute walk away. The closest beach is about 3.5 km away. We borrowed two bikes from Ali and cycled there for an early morning dip in the sea. Ali gave us the number of a taxi which we used throughout the holiday as we decided not to rent cars. This made getting around in the heat a lot more accessible. Belek is a great place to visit locally, especially on a Saturday when there’s a market. We loved this villa!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. Our host was very responsive to all of our needs. We were provided the option to hire a chef and house staff which was wonderful and worth every penny. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Fantastic host! He was responsive with all everything we asked and we asked a lot! Sent someone for help instantly. The whole accomodation is as it looks on the pictures and kept up to beautiful standard. would 100% recommend if you have a large group!

The villa was great to stay and Emel was super friendly. The place is as described and well built with no hidden flaws that I noticed. The AC was operable, the pool was nice and the jacuzzi worked well.

This villa has a stunning location. Whilst it is quite remote, taxi fare to Antalya was cheap and we had hired a car which made things easy. The host communicated very well and was always on hand when we needed anything. Check-in and check-out was very simple. The pool was lovely and cleaned before and during our stay. The villa itself could be doing with touching up here and there but overall it met our needs and we were not left wanting for anything. Thank you very much for having us!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Kemer! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The private pool was a definite highlight — clean, well-kept, and perfect for enjoying the warm weather. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome treats, which made us feel immediately at home. Every detail was taken care of, and there were so many nice extras that really elevated our stay. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, always available if we had any questions. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and the quality of the experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

We had a great stay! I really liked the house, a nice pool and the house itself! We especially liked the responsiveness of the host and his kindness! There was a very quick response and friendliness to any requests! It is very easy to communicate and find common ground. We were satisfied because of the great attitude towards us as the host was a great person! Personally recommended, had a great rest and spent time in the house at Huseyin!

A very clean place intertwined with nature, a great place to relax

My family are very enjoy everything in the property. My kids were playing four hours in the pool every day. It’s the best choice If you preferred to be privately on your holiday. Thank you, Pars

Excellent things: + Pool and outdoor area is beautiful and very clean. + Very generous indoor space. + Good beds, sofas etc. + Good value. + Pavel is a superb host (including waiting up to 2am for us to arrive without complaint when our plane was delayed). + Pavel was very responsive when we did have an issue (he rectified it immediately). Minor issues: + The place appeared clean but we noticed one or two places that could do with a more thorough clean (e.g. kitchen drawers). + There were a small number of maintenance issues (but these did not impact our stay). We reported these issues to Pavel at the end of our stay and he arranged to rectify them immediately (and shared photos of work in progress). Worth knowing: + Read the house rules carefully - there are some separate charges (deposit, electricity). Our impression was that Pavel is very fair about these - they are just to protect him as he has been burned by guests mistreating the property in the past.

Our stay at this house was really lovely. The house is well equipped, clean and in order. Even the old photos on the walls add a special atmosphere to the place, and you feel right at home. The house is in a quiet and beautiful location and nearby there is even a supermarket which is very convenient. Cevdet and his wife were kind and have always responded quickly to our messages. They welcomed us warmly when we arrived and gave us some helpful tips for our stay. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience!
