Görkan’s house was an exceptionally comfortable and welcoming place to stay. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including ample cutlery, plates, and a set of pots that looked brand new. The spacious layout made us feel right at home, and the peaceful surroundings ensured quiet nights. The bedding and mattresses were very comfortable, allowing us to sleep soundly throughout our stay. Görkan’s team was attentive and responsive, providing helpful support from check-in to check-out and promptly answering any questions we had. Overall, we were very happy with our stay in Serik and would gladly return.

Kerim as Host and Ufuk as driver were very responsible and allways reachable. The house were as seen on the pictures, with a lot of space and a nice pool area. Belek town center is reachable in 5 minutes with car. Small supermarkets can be find directly out of the complex. The house was also very clean and in a good condition. The only two small downsides were that the house is the last in the row of the complex and therefore it can be from time to time a little bit loud bcz of the street next to the house, and that no basic utilities (salt, pepper, oil, washing powder) were available. in conclusion we fully recomment the house of Kerim and you can have an awesome time there

Sibel is excellent host. They have arranged everything. From airport pickup to regular messages to make sure we are comfortable. The location is 5 mins away from public beach, and local market and 30 away from airport. Its 5 mins away from land of legends, a must-see place in Antalya. we have spent 5 days in Sibel's villa. It is very tidy and secure.

Merhaba, Enver bey ailece bizi güler yüzle karşıladı. Ev gayet temiz ve açıklamada anlatıldığı gibiydi. Kendileri son derece ilgiliydi. Mutfak ve banyo temizdi. Nevresim takımı temizdi. Evdeki aletler çalışır durumdaydı. Havuz tertemizdi. Güvenlik konusuna son derece önem verilmiş olması ve balkonların dahi anahtarlarının olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Klimalar bakımlıydı ve tozsuzdu. Evin otoparkının olması mutlu etti. Çamaşır ipi ve mandal harika bir detaydı. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilecek bir ev olup Enver bey ve ailesine teşekkürlerimizi iletiriz.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this villa. The place was spotless - extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Poyraz was also a wonderful host; he was extremely responsive and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend this to a friend and would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay. Large place. Idris provided extra towels and sheets upon request and was very accommodating, providing recommendations and such. We loved our stay. Good value for money

Ali is a really great host! He is very responsive and communication is excellent. The villa was immaculate and when we asked for extra items like a toaster and coffee machine, he kindly got us one (and very quickly too). There was a constant supply of bottled water (free). The pool area was lovely and was kept clean throughout our stay. Ali helped us to organise an excursion- zip lining, buggy safari and white water rafting, which was so much fun and suitable for all ages. There is a nice pizza place a couple of minutes walk away (Dorf Pizza) and there are shops about a 10-15 minute walk away. The closest beach is about 3.5 km away. We borrowed two bikes from Ali and cycled there for an early morning dip in the sea. Ali gave us the number of a taxi which we used throughout the holiday as we decided not to rent cars. This made getting around in the heat a lot more accessible. Belek is a great place to visit locally, especially on a Saturday when there’s a market. We loved this villa!

Ein wunderschönes und modernes Ferienhaus, das genau wie auf den Fotos und in den Beschreibungen aussieht. Ich kann jedem empfehlen, in diesem Haus zu übernachten. Es gab eine Köchin, deren Gerichte wir sehr genossen haben. Wir möchten uns auch bei den beiden sehr freundlichen und fleißigen Frauen bedanken, die tagsüber das Haus sauber und ordentlich gehalten haben. Ebenso bei der Person, die jeden Tag das Schwimmbadwasser in bester Qualität für uns bereitgestellt hat. Ein großer Dank geht auch an Frau Tugba, die Besitzerin des Hauses, die uns vor und während unseres Aufenthalts stets bestmöglich betreut hat. Fantastic host! He was responsive with all everything we asked and we asked a lot! Sent someone for help instantly. The whole accomodation is as it looks on the pictures and kept up to beautiful standard. would 100% recommend if you have a large group!

The villa was great to stay and Emel was super friendly. The place is as described and well built with no hidden flaws that I noticed. The AC was operable, the pool was nice and the jacuzzi worked well.

This villa has a stunning location. Whilst it is quite remote, taxi fare to Antalya was cheap and we had hired a car which made things easy. The host communicated very well and was always on hand when we needed anything. Check-in and check-out was very simple. The pool was lovely and cleaned before and during our stay. The villa itself could be doing with touching up here and there but overall it met our needs and we were not left wanting for anything. Thank you very much for having us!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Villa! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – umgeben von Natur und dennoch in der Nähe der Stadt. Die Villa selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Pool, ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Kommunikation war stets problemlos. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir können diese Villa nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!!!

Villayı gördük ve Serdar beye bir kaç soru sorduk. Fazla bekletmeden bize cevap verdi ve sorularımızın hepsini samimi şekilde cevapladı. Serdar bey kaldığımız süre içersinde de sorulara hiç bekletmeden cevapladı ve oluşan küçük sorunlarda mutlaka bir çözüm sundu. Hiç bir sorun yaşamadık ve çok memnun kaldık. Ailece hem evi hemde havuzu çok beğendik.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Kemer! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The private pool was a definite highlight — clean, well-kept, and perfect for enjoying the warm weather. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome treats, which made us feel immediately at home. Every detail was taken care of, and there were so many nice extras that really elevated our stay. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, always available if we had any questions. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and the quality of the experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

Мы отдохнули отлично! Дом очень понравился, хороший бассейн и сам дом! Особенно нам понравилось отзывчивость хозяина и его доброта! На любые просьбы была очень быстрая реакция и дружелюбие! Очень просто общаться и найти общий язык. Мы остались довольны из за отличного отношения к нам так как хозяин был отличным человеком! Лично рекомендуем, отлично отдохнули и провели время в доме у Huseyin!

Pars bey çok ilgiliydi ve sorulara hızlı cevap veren, bizim deneyimimizi gerçekten önemseyen biriydi. 1 haftalık tatilimizde çok eğlendik. Antalya su işleri kaynaklı bir su kesintisi olduğunda suların tekrar akmaya başladığını ben evde olmama rağmen benden önce öğrenip haber verdi. gerçekten çok ilgili bir ev sahibi. Çok teşekkür ederiz :)

Excellent things: + Pool and outdoor area is beautiful and very clean. + Very generous indoor space. + Good beds, sofas etc. + Good value. + Pavel is a superb host (including waiting up to 2am for us to arrive without complaint when our plane was delayed). + Pavel was very responsive when we did have an issue (he rectified it immediately). Minor issues: + The place appeared clean but we noticed one or two places that could do with a more thorough clean (e.g. kitchen drawers). + There were a small number of maintenance issues (but these did not impact our stay). We reported these issues to Pavel at the end of our stay and he arranged to rectify them immediately (and shared photos of work in progress). Worth knowing: + Read the house rules carefully - there are some separate charges (deposit, electricity). Our impression was that Pavel is very fair about these - they are just to protect him as he has been burned by guests mistreating the property in the past.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war wirklich schön. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und ordentlich. Selbst die alten Fotos an den Wänden tragen dazu bei, dem Ort eine besondere Atmosphäre zu verleihen, und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen und schönen Lage und in der Nähe gibt es sogar einen Supermarkt, was sehr praktisch ist. Cevdet und seine Frau waren freundlich und haben immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Sie haben uns bei unserer Ankunft herzlich empfangen und uns ein paar hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Vielen Dank für die angenehme Erfahrung!
