Holiday rentals with a patio in Dorchester, Boston

A perfect launchpad for exploring the area — stylish, thoughtful, and incredibly well-appointed. We stayed at Hipster Base Camp as a group of friends using it as a centralized jumping-off point to visit Boston, the North Shore, and surrounding towns. The location was ideal, and having parking was a huge plus. The home itself is immaculately decorated — creative, cozy, and full of charm without feeling overdone. But what really stood out was the guidebook. Easily the most impressive and detailed one I’ve ever seen in an Airbnb. You can tell the hosts put real heart into making the experience feel curated and intentional. The shower and bathroom setup was great, beds were super comfortable, and the home had everything we needed to feel not just accommodated, but welcomed. It was more than just a place to sleep — it actually enhanced the trip. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something with character, comfort, and hosts who really care.

Indy was a great host and the place was just as described - spacious, clean and easily accessible to the city. Would definitely recommend for a group trip to Boston.

Beautiful accommodations. Very comfy. Love the hot tub. Woburn ( pronounced WooBun lol ) is such a cute little hamlet. Good restaurants in walking distance. Strongly recommend Arancini’s. “Wicked” close to Boston. If needing to come back to the area I will seek out this again !!

Great size for one person, my dog was allowed, it’s a nice neighborhood, clean place, felt like a home away from home, surely better than a hotel 🙂

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. My wife and son really enjoyed it too. Would definitely recommend and love to stay again!

Mike is a great guy who works hard to accommodate any requests. He lives next door and was always available. Just a nice person. I loved the den for watching T.V. and appreciated the snacks provided. I think this place will only get better with a couple of additions. One would be adding more drinking cups/glasses.. There was only one. The rest were coffee cups. Also, a stopper for the drain in the sink and the bathtub would be nice. Overall, a good experience with a great host!

Kevin was very responsive and accommodating which made our experience a great one. His place was perfect to house our 11 family members. The place was clean and spacious.

We really enjoyed this place. It gave us plenty of room to spread out. The absolute best part was also the location to the green line. So easy to get to and therefore we could easily get everywhere in the city. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Great place!! So clean and has absolutely everything you could need. The beds were pretty dang comfortable, the bed in the basement is a little firm. The stairs leading upstairs as well as to the basement are narrow so please consider this with luggage. They provide plenty of storage and hangers. We unloaded in the living room and transported to the rooms. The house is very charming and cozy. We had a fantastic visit and we highly recommend staying with Holly. Xoxo until next time!!

Lauren was an excellent host! Cottage is absolutely beautiful! Felt right at home , she was very responsive and very helpful. This place has all the amenities, perfectly located for everything we had planned .

This was by far one of the best AirBnb's that we have ever stayed in! The house was perfectly clean and we found absolutely everything we could think of. A well equipped kitchen with really all equipment to cook a good meal and also the rest of the house leaves no wishes open. Barry and Kellie were both extremely friendly and even got us some milk for breakfast (once again thank you). Response time to any question was extremely short. I can only recommend this nice little house to everyone. If we ever return to this area we will surely stay there again. Thank you Barry and Kellie... you made a difficult trip such a lot easier!

Pema and Jonathan are wonderful hosts. This was our second stay at The Nest and we were able to really take advantage of the deck overlooking their beautiful garden and the city beyond, for morning coffee and afternoon snacks. Their place is very spacious and charming. It's walking distance to stores, restaurants and the Gilman Square T-stop. For trips further afield, it's great to have a designated, off-street parking spot right by the entrance to the unit, with motion sensor lights for nighttime arrivals. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is very comfortable, with reading lights on both sides of the bed. Highly recommend.

Ana's cozy apartment was perfect for our four-day stay in the Boston area. It was clean and organized and had all the amenities needed for cooking. We parked right in front of the home and were only three minutes from Dunkin Donuts. :) We would definitely stay there again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Marisa’s house! We are from the area and booked this based on the location. When we walked through the door, we were amazed at how spacious/open, updated and decorated it was! This house is perfect for families, and appreciated the extra supplies available for the kids. We will definitely stay here again!

This place did great for our small group. The location is perfect, the house instructions were easy, and checkout was a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and tea (nice touch!) and the bathroom was stocked with soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other amenities. I would be happy to stay there again.

This is always a great place to stay when visiting Medford. It is very clean and there’s lots of space for 4 people.

Reda was so wonderful with us!! Extremely communicative and friendly, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and so much better in person. My family & I had a great time in Boston but the apartment was definitely a big highlight. I recommend this place 10/10🩵

Very comfortable unit for our family of four. Has everything we need and great location—close to great options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and (most importantly) ice cream!

The flat was very clean and Daniel is a good host. As long as you get your timing right for the nearest tube line it's very convenient to access the centre of Boston

This is the BEST place to stay in Boston! The neighborhood is beautiful and well kept. It’s very walkable to many stores and restaurants. It’s close to a train station. We enjoy walking and walked to Boston Commons and the North End each day. The apartment itself was spotless. I wish we were able to stay longer and spend more time in the kitchen! Such a cool layout !! Ann is very responsive and accommodating. We are already talking about coming back this fall!! 10/10 recommend ! You won’t regret it!

The best place to stay in Salem and the best host I’ve encountered on Airbnb to date. Alex and David were friendly, thoughtful, communicative and accommodating. Their place is spacious, quaint and comfortable. We made great use of the great location across from the common, walking into the city center for all our outings. We couldn’t have had a better time and stay, thank you so much!
