Such a great place! Very affordable and such a cute spot to stay. The hosts are very kind and responsive as well! It was easy to check in/check out and the remote control gate made us feel safe. Easily drive to the beach/downtown area. Definitely will be staying here again next time I’m in Miami!

This place is utterly gorgeous! Divine energy and lovely gardens around, with two private gates and coded entry. The neighborhood felt safe, gorgeous, and luxurious. There's a gorgeous fountain and thriving plant life surrounding the space. Very happy with our choice to stay here and recommend for anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and peace!

This was my second stay and it was perfect just like my first stay. I travel to Miami Beach for business and this is now my favorite place to stay in Miami Beach. It is so refreshing to deal with a professional like Steven. I've stayed at other places where were no where near as good. Lavish Gem lives up to its name. It's an excellent value. There are plenty of places in Miami Beach that cost as much or more but are of mediocre value. No nonsense pricing. There are no hidden charges (resort fees, etc.). The property is clean, stylish, modern, quiet, and drama-free. Steven takes great pride in his work. IT clearly shows. I look forward to booking it for my next trip to Miami Beach.

The Airbnb was central to our needs and had all the amenities listed. The latin supermarket across the street was very accessible and had extras we needed. The bed was memory foam and was stiff, but comfortable enough. There were extra blankets and sheets for the fold out mattress. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked well. The bedroom gets warm if you close the door, I could not figure out how to use the fan split between the bedrooms, there did not seem to be a remote for it.

Easy to access, very responsive host, not far from the airport and met all of my needs. The space is well lit, bathroom is spacious, full body mirror, closet, and also loved having a full kitchen! Very convenient and ideal for a short stay!

Such a cute place and a lovely stay. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive and left lots of great features for the guests like wine, popcorn, and makeup towels. Would definitely stay again :)

David is very responsive and responds very quickly to various requests Great apartment we know the oral Provident this is our second time, super well equipped and located close to many shops and restaurants It may be missing dish towels to wipe dishes and provide for the fact that parking is paying almost $20/day but otherwise everything was great and we will gladly rent the apartment again Convenient to visit Miami and at the same time go out to other spots

The apartment had everything we needed, with a pool view and a perfect location. The place was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the dedicated workspace made it easy to get work done.

Maria Guadalupe was a fantastic host! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. She and the co-hosts were very responsive also and thoughtful, making sure everything went smoothly during the stay. Marilyn & Mocha are an absolute pleasure! This was an amazing stay, the atmosphere is breathtaking. The place has everything you need and more. You don’t even want to be inside because it’s so gorgeous out on the patio!!! Marilyn was extremely kind, and helpful. Mocha and Marilyn were a joy to be around. The view was stunning. The balcony is pretty big. You get to see views of the river, the pool and a little bit of the ocean. Checking in was easy. The apartment was clean. The property is very close to the brickell city centre mall and there were many nice restaurants near by. Definitely recommend!

Lorelei was very responsive in taking care of an engineering issue we had within the apartment. It got fixed the same day, within the hour. One of my sons left a clothing item behind and her kindness in sending it to our home was incredible!! The views from the apartment are stunning!

The first thing that stood out once booking was completed was kash’s communication. He was very responsive from the time of booking to the time of check out. Everything was beautiful and spotless even down to the amenities where food can be brung to you while sitting aside the pool. And last but not least the location is amazing and close to everything you need. Thank you for this amazing experience. We will definitely be booking again!
