This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

We had a great stay at Paolo’s accommodation. It is very spacious and clean and the garden is beautiful. The two dogs are very friendly and the cats as well. My son had a dip in the swimming pool which was still quite cold in the beginning of may, but that wouldn’t hold him back. In the garden there are several spots where you can relax. Also the view from the top terras is beautiful. For cooking we also used the BBQ outside. If you want to go out a car is highly recommended as it would be quite a walk to the nearest restaurant or supermarket (would not recommend).

The house is very well maintained and the person who welcomed us was fantastic from the first contact, until the time of check-out. Availability, courtesy, cordiality. For those passing through Tuili (perhaps for a wedding in the nearby and prestigious location of Villa Asquer - 5 minutes' walk - or for a quiet weekend) I highly recommend staying here: the pool is very clean, really fantastic. And the whole place is well furnished, well cared for, clean and welcoming. In addition to being spacious (being two large floors). I only recommend greater timeliness in communications via AirBnb, or, alternatively, since the owner does not live on site, to leave a telephone number of an available contact person, to have greater speed in communications (often essential for the organization of times and movements in view of weddings, in fact, which are often held in the village). We'll definitely be back!

I want to start by saying Dorata and Luigi were easily contactable and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available. They were also very communicative on what events were occurring in the city and surrounding communities. We stayed in the beautiful home for 2 months. It’s rather spacious with a lovely backyard. We are two women in our early twenties and have not once felt uncomfortable or unsafe in the home/ surrounding area. The neighbors/ neighborhood is full of kind, wealthy people. The home is located by a 7 minute walk from the main street where you can also find the nearest bus stop. It leads up mountain which can be increasingly inclined but was manageable. The home is securely gated and is connected to a smaller apartment style home. There was one week where a family of 4 stayed in the adjoining apartment home but there wasn’t a moment where our privacy felt shared.

Ferruccio was a great host who responded to all of our concerns in a timely manner. His house was spacious and the air conditioning kept us comfortable and cool. He even left us some little snacks on the dining table from the local bakery. Thank you

The location just steps from the ocean is stunning. The inside of the home is modern and clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped. Stefano was a gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he provided many options for adventure in the area around this lovely home.

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furnishings are carefully designed and equipped with all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! The owners were very kind and helpful from the beginning to the end of our vacation. Highly recommended for those looking for a rejuvenating holiday. We look forward to coming back! I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

The highlight was the view on the beautiful terrace! The place is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. It was fun to cook and eat with the beautiful view was a dream. Andrea gave us great tips. We visited the family restaurant, enjoyed the friendly service and the high quality food. It was a very nice time! Barbara's accommodation offers perfect comfort. Bedding, decoration, access, supplies... Everything is perfect. Barbara is also very kind, responsive and accommodating. I would 100% recommend!

Very nice accommodation and garden, as in the photos. We felt right at home. It is rural, quiet, exactly what we were looking for. The garden is simply a dream, the porch swing was my absolute favorite place. The grill was also great and the amenities were great, everything you need was there. The only thing that would have been nice would have been a sofa in it. It was still a bit chilly in the evening and we had to go in, so we could only sit at the table. But there's not really room for a sofa. But that was just a small thing. We enjoyed the stay very much, it is a very cozy cottage and we highly recommend the stay.

We couldn't have wished for a better accomodation in Pula! The house is cozy, well equipped, was spot clean and we loved the outside area. On top of that, Claudio was one of the kindest hosts we ever met with great recommendations for beaches and restaurants.

We LOVED our stay at Nella’s place. The location is perfect for those that want a peaceful, private, and relaxing stay. But it’s still very close to Teulada for dinners or popping to get amenities. The view of the ocean and hills every morning and evening was incredible. It’s a great location to explore some of the best (in our opinion) coastline and beaches in Sardinia. Nella and her daughter were very responsive and responded quickly when we had any question. We hope to be back next year!

Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

The owner was always available for us and regularly inquired whether everything was to our satisfaction and also gave us valuable tips about the region. The quiet location and the view are particularly noteworthy. Also the possibility to cook outside was a nice feature.

We had the best time at the house! It’s in nature and so calm and charming. There are loads of beautiful Trees, Flowers and fruit bushes. The House was very clean, well equipped and the beautiful veranda was perfect for our dinners :) Andrea is very friendly and helpful and made our time there even more comfortable. This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Arriving in Cabras, we were greeted by Pina with a radiant smile, very warmly and cordially. Even in advance, the written conversation was extremely helpful, informative and quick. In the apartment, all the necessary information was also available in writing and in several languages. The recommendations were all excellent and helpful. The accommodation itself is comfortable, very spacious and tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the central location very much. Restaurants, bars, shopping and a nearby parking lot were within minutes walking distance. A perfect starting point to explore Cabras, the surroundings and the beautiful beaches. We felt very comfortable and can fully recommend this accommodation.
