1/5/26 Update - We just redid the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Photos coming soon. Photos posted 1/7 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom in the Gold Bend neighborhood in Northstar. The bathroom has a large shower and tankless water heater. Full kitchen, gas fireplace and a 55" TV with Roku, that allows you to log into your own accounts and log out when you leave. Great deal so close to the shuttle! No additional fees for pets and the 12% Placer County transient tax is factored into the price.

The living area features a stone fireplace beneath a mounted television. A comfortable sectional sofa surrounds a wooden coffee table, inviting relaxation. Natural light fills the space through large windows, with a view of the outer patio area. Warm wood accents add to the cozy ambiance.

This condo retreat is close to everything Truckee and North Lake Tahoe have to offer! Right off Hwys 80/89, it's close to Old Town Truckee, and within 15 miles to Donner Lake, Palisades, Sugar Bowl, Northstar, and Tahoe City. This spacious and comfortable condo, has nice furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen for a relaxed stay all year round. Note, I pay the 14% Truckee STR transit tax. It is self managed. This is a downstairs unit with a small outdoor deck that includes an outdoor dining table and a BBQ. You will find the location in The Boulders to be convenient for all your outdoor activities. Small condo at base of Tahoe Donner ski hill. Its really ideal for 2 people. However, there is a couch that folds down can becomes a bed (suitable for someone under 5.8). Deck overlooks the ski hill and has a killer view. There is a full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and induction hot plate. Full bathroom. The unit has a table / work station. There are two chars and there are two black side tables that can act as extra seats so 4 people can sit at the table.

A cozy studio space features a full-size Murphy bed with a plaid blanket. A small wooden table and two chairs are positioned near large glass doors, which provide access to the outdoor deck. A wall-mounted TV is visible beside light wood cabinetry.

Welcome to Base Camp! Our cozy studio (308 SF) is located in the Tahoe Donner Lodge Condominiums. The Lodge HOA is less than 50 yards from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort - consistently voted as the best place to learn how to ski. Alder Creek Adventure Center (cross-country skiing, hiking, biking) is less than a mile away. A private parking lot is available for our guests. Please note that our condo is not appropriate for more than two guests, including children of any age.
