We had the most amazing stay here! From check-in to check-out, everything was super convenient and smooth. The jacuzzi was an absolute highlight – we spent hours just relaxing and soaking it all in. The rooftop pool and seating area were also incredible, with a view that made the sunset feel extra special. The place is only about a 10-minute drive to the beach, which was perfect for quick trips back and forth. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up some treats, and the interiors were cozy, stylish, and made us feel right at home. Both the host and the caretaker were so kind and accommodating – we really appreciated their hospitality. Overall, a solid 10/10 experience. Would definitely love to come back :))

we booked the place for a short stay and we loved the place. Harmeeta is a super host and was extremely courteous and responsive to all our requests. the place is lovely one of the balcony has a pool view. the pool is wonderful and we enjoyed the same. caretaker chinmay was always available to sort out all small requests. The place is beautifully decorated. we look forward to visiting again.

I was here for 2 days of stay, This place was heaven trust me the rain made every moment worth it, You will experience an amazing scenic views of mountains from your balcony ( make some coffee or tea ), the place was so specious for me and the pool is also nice. When u enter the property you will feel so so fresh, Try to breathe in some air straight away ..xD Overall 10/9 for this amazing property

The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It had all the essentials and felt very homely. I had a great stay at Nitin's place in Arpora! The location was convenient and peaceful perfect for a relaxing Goan getaway. The space was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, the management staff made everything seamless — they were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and professional. The property itself was exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The view was stunning and truly completed the whole experience, matching every expectation perfectly. There were a few very minor issues, but the host was quick to respond and had them resolved almost immediately, which made me feel very well taken care of. Overall, everything was perfect — I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely love to come back!

Both Aniket and Amit were very responsive. The location was excellent, and the flat was amazing, offering a luxurious feel. All key locations are within a 10km radius, making it easy to explore the surroundings. It truly is a lavish flat, and I had a wonderful time.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Had an amazing experience at Leen Stays. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The cherry on top is the Jacuzzi in the apartment and the infinity pool on the top of the building. Also, Siddharth is very helpful and always responsive. Highly Recommend.

Had a pleasant stay with my family when i came down to GOA for a wedding. House was clean and well maintained. Had a smart tv that functions well. The beds in both the rooms was so comfortable. Overall i do recommend staying at this airbnb. The host was really attentive as well.
