Great location in the village of Domus de Maria to be able to access all the beaches of Chia and the area. The house in the middle of the village is quiet, well stocked with everything you need for a serene and quiet stay, free parking in front of the house. Communication with Father Tullio and Claudia who welcomed us and greeted us was excellent. Thank you very much for the tips and recipes.

The place was as described. Very small, so too many suitcases or luggage you should not have (we had two small suitcases + backpacks). But you have everything you need, small fridge, stove top, cutlery, plates, glasses. The surroundings are very quiet, so if you are looking for some hustle and bustle, maybe you should stay somewhere else. The door to the bathroom is just a thin sliding glass door, so it's better to travel with someone you know very well. For a relaxing quiet holiday with beautiful beaches close to top accommodation. Matteo was always easily accessible and explained everything superbly.

We stayed at this beautiful home in August, we absolutely loved our stay. We are a family of 4 with 2 boys (12 & 7) and the house was ideal. The house is very unique and has everything needed for a holiday stay. The location is perfect for visiting the stunning beaches all along the coast. The air-con made the stay very comfortable. We enjoyed making use of the roof terrace most evenings to enjoy a glass of wine. The host Gianna couldn’t have been more helpful… she sent lots of information before we even arrived and then provided further recommendations and tips for where to visit and places to eat. We will definitely be back!!

The house was absolutely perfect! The comfort & cleanliness was better than a five star hotel. Out of all of our Airbnb experiences, this one was the best one by far. Antonello and Francolino were amazing in helping us. Whenever we had an issue, Francolino was on it immediately. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The pool was absolutely lovely. No complaints from here, absolutely amazing. Perfecto.

Cozy villa few steps from Chia's amazing beach!

The accommodation is very nice, we stayed during the second half of September and almost all of the other houses that make up the residence were unoccupied, so it was absolutely quiet. We were the only ones using the pool, we didn't see anyone else. The accommodation is very well-equipped, nothing is missing, the amenities are recent (crockery, air conditioning etc...) the only criticism we could make concerns the bedding which is worn out but the person who welcomed us told us that the owners will do what is necessary for the next season. No parking problems, the beach is a few minutes' walk away and it is beautiful. Lots of great beaches within walking distance and plenty of others within a short drive.

VILLA BORGO - villa with swimming pool near the sea

Nice villa which offers a near private experience. The space is shared with other ~10 villas but no major issues. The pool is just in front of the villa which is very convenient if you have small kids. The closest beach is okay for Sardinia’s standards, I’d recommend walking a bit farther to Su Giudeu for nicer colours and finer sand. Anthony is a great host, you can rely on him to get local tips. Nearest supermarket is okay to survive, but to pack your fridge, better going to Pula. Two downsides during my stay: 1. Cleaning was done only once during a 9-days stay; 2. Gardener routine, including the very early times to water the garden. In general, a terrific (still pricey) experience to repeat.
