Short stay with the Family. 2 Minutes by foot to the beach and there is also a playground for the kids. Great apartment with a nice terrass.

A home kept with love and care. Stefania and her father Gabriele are two precise and helpful people. The place is wonderful for those who love the beach and the rocks. We had a great time.

Everything was perfect, very kind and helpful hosts, the accommodation is located in a village 5 - 10 minutes by car from the sea in a beautiful and wild section of Sardinia. The house is very nice and welcoming.

A beautiful villa, only 1 minute away from a crystal blue beach. We absolutely loved our stay there and really want to go back another summer! Fabio was really nice and accommodating. It has everything you need and I really recommend his place. 10/10 :)

The house is beautiful and provides amenities for children, making it feel easy and at home. It's a big house situated in a peaceful neighborhood nearby the beach. Taty was amazing and very supportive all along! Very recommended and I'd definitely come back!

Good base point for visiting beaches in the south, like Domus de Maria. The house is spacious and the bed is comfortable. You drive in through a tomato farm and rarely see people, just the farm pets (i.e., cats and a friendly dog). It's very quiet. The host left us water, cooking basics, and lots of coffee. The TV has lots of channels, but there's no Wi-Fi. If you have cell service, it works well, though.

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the accommodation. A car is definitely needed. The small and nearby town of Pula is recommended. Beautiful and charming Italian atmosphere!

Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location with superb mountain views. We had a brilliant holiday with the whole family. The villa was very well appointed and comfortable, and the outside pool and seating areas were very welcome and well used. The children loved the tortoises and were enchanted by the nightly frog visits and chorus. We were within walking distance of the local restaurant and gelateria with lots of wonderful flavours. The beaches of Costa Rei and Maklas were very close, with soft white sand and crystal clear blue sea. Gian was a great host - really responsive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Villa for the perfect family holiday.

Very nice accommodation, from which the sea can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The location in the holiday village is very quiet and beautiful, surrounded by pine trees, but you definitely need a car, which was already known at the time of booking (parking available in abundance). The kitchen was very well equipped (including. dishwasher) and the terrace is an absolute plus. The missing air conditioning did not bother us much (stay in early June) Would recommend the place.

Very nice house in a quiet place. A bit of a lack of lunch restaurants in the area but if you have a car that’s not much of an issue.

We had a really enjoyable stay - the accommodation is in a great location just a short distance outside of central Iglesias. The accommodation is very well kitted out for a self catering stay, very comfortable + quiet. Gianmarco + family were very helpful throughout our stay + very accommodating with our arrival, queries, etc. Would certainly love to visit this area again + highly recommend staying here.

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

Beautiful and stylish accommodation. The house had everything you could want or need for a home away from home. Exceptional attention to detail and exceptional cleanliness. Lovely welcome hamper, including a delicious cake!! which was appreciated after a long day travelling. Great location with spectacular views from the roof top terrace. Easy access to a lovely beach. Our stay was truly something else and has definitely raised the bar for an Airbnb stay. The property was maintained in pristine condition, from the garden to the impeccable level of cleanliness that exceeded our expectations. The home’s appearance SURPASSED the already appealing photographs, a very inviting space. We were particularly delighted by the inclusion of a dryer, the thoughtful provision of beach essentials, and a TV in each room. The nearby town offered a great town square, featuring an array of excellent dining options, alongside a lively nighttime atmosphere (kid friendly). This property is highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Villa directly on the sea, in front of a beautiful beach. The apartment is on the side of the villa, but the private terrace, with a grill, faces the sea. The apartment is quite cool and the kitchen, although small, is well equipped. Good mattress. A great place to stay both for exploring the beaches in the area and for relaxing on the beach in front of the house.

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. Great apartment with a small garden and a cozy balcony. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment also had everything else you need on vacation.
