We had a relaxing week, right on the beach

Luciana welcomed us very warmly and even put a bottle of white wine in the fridge. The place has a small sweet garden surrounded by nature. Since you have no direct neighbors, you enjoy great privacy. You can also walk to beaches, restaurants and a supermarket very quickly. The stay was very straightforward and the household appliances were in very good condition. We'd love to visit Luciana again!

We stayed at Simone's place for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. Meanwhile, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Let yourself be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was sometimes quite cold. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) we also used the fireplace and have it cuddly warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I really loved it:) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave lots of tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I liked him where you can see Flamignos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, Flamignos are there. Thanks for everything:)

We had an exceptionally beautiful vacation. The location of the apartment is first class. Located directly on the beach. Just a few stairs down. The beach is really beautiful and not very crowded. The view from the terrace is something special. The apartment was perfectly equipped. We really didn't miss anything. The facility is very new and high-quality and the bedrooms are also very nicely designed. You can sleep wonderfully, the bedroom can be completely darkened. The pictures reflect the condition of the apartment one to one. But what we would like to highlight in particular is Stefano, the co-host. He was always there when you needed something and always checked in to see if anything was missing. He even offered to let us charge our e-car privately at his house and to drive us there. We've never had such a good host in a vacation apartment. Thank you very much Stefano! It was really very nice.

Betty is a Superhost and the property is a green oasis in the beach paradise of Chia. Betty personally welcomed us at late check-in, was always available for questions and gave us good recommendations for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice accommodation, very clean, very well equipped, very bright. With a garden for lunch and a nap. Great welcome, with local pastries, fresh water as soon as we arrive. Simonetta always responsive to questions. Accommodation Well located for visiting the Costa Del South , the islands , Porto Pino... need for a car to do all these visits.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful villa. The setting among ancient olive trees was absolutely charming, and we loved the tranquility of the countryside while still being so close to the town and nearby supermarket. The apartment was just as described and the barbecue and outdoor shower were great extras that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Marina was a wonderful host and we would absolutely love to come back!

Wonderful stay, Roberto and Stefania are very helpful, kind and hospitable people. The accommodation, very cozy and functional, is cared for in every detail, to meet all needs. Cleanliness is impeccable. The best location to visit the entire coast from Chia to Iglesias. A reference point for a wonderful vacation in the magical southwest of Sardinia.

Simone is a particularly kind and helpful host. The house is really very nice and located in the immediate vicinity of the center of Teulada (2 minutes by car and 5 minutes on foot). It has everything you need and we found it functional in everything (also the internal parking space near the entrance of the house is very comfortable!) We had a great time at Flavia's apartment. Flavia is very nice and welcomed us very well. The accommodation is perfectly located with sea views and private access to the beach. Beware of mosquitoes, though ;)

The accommodation was really clean and bright, as well as spacious. Maria was able to give me excellent advice on where to eat. The presence of the parking space is very convenient. Great value for money!

The apartment has a stunning view of the sea and all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby beaches while enjoying the peace and quiet of the area. Access to the small beach and the pool is also a great bonus. The villa of Teulada (around 10min away by car) has a few restaurants and grocery stores for the daily needs. Federico is a fantastic host! Very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Overall we had a great stay and hope to be back some day!

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment was exactly what I was looking for: clean, having breakfast every morning on the balcony. The location was perfect – Restaurants, wnkels within walking distance. Everything was well arranged and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful, also gave local tips. Sardinia is magically big with lots of beautiful nature for mountain biking, hiking etc.. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Lovely villa in Eden Rock with great views over the sea from top floor terrace and lower floor terrace. BBQ next to seating on top floor is great for entertaining. Apartment is well laid out and would suit various group sizes esp 4 adults and 2-3 children. Minimalist style makes it easy to use and find everything. Noemi the local host is really responsive and helpful. She meets you at the barriers for the complex and shows you the way up to the apartment in the road. Lots of recommendations available. Note circa 20 steps down from the parking to the front door.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

The apartment is in excellent condition, kitchen and bathroom are new. Teulada is not a strictly tourist town but has all the necessary services and a few good restaurants. And you can easily reach many beautiful beaches, both equipped and not. Raffaella is available, kind and present for advice and directions.

Nice and simple house, but equipped with everything. You're not missing anything. Beautiful view from the terrace. Very nice and responsive about everything.

It was the perfect place to stay at. Ideally located in the centre, close to everything but still quiet at the same time. The flat was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was well cleaned. Clearly a 5 star Apartment!

We loved our stay here! A perfect apartment and Lorenzo was an excellent host who provided really helpful local information and instructions. The apartment was very easy to find and is in a lovely location and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are very pretty as they are full of colourful plants and flowers and heritage sites of interest are within walking distance (although, as with everywhere in Cagliari there are some steep paths). The apartment was extremely well equipped and included everything that we needed for our trip and more (a few examples: hairdryer, coffee pot, wine glasses, maps, guides, beautiful books on local history, local recommendations, beach equipment - and much more) and it was spotlessly clean throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Lorenzo and Severino!

Daniela's place was great for our trip. A short walk to a supermarket and some walkable restaurants also close by. We were able to park outside the apartment which was super convenient. Gorgeous beaches just a short drive from the accommodation. Daniela gave us some great recommendations and was always super responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Chia!

We loved staying at Silvia and Lucio’s apartment. We had a warm, personal welcome from Lucio. The apartment was comfortable and full of character. We enjoyed the location which was out of the main town but easily walkable. A fantastic terrace with a wonderful view. We enjoyed our time here
