Holiday rentals in Domijanići

We have rarely seen such a perfect spot. Beautifully renovated house, that had all the amenities you could wish for - and beyond. Extremely thought through equipment, we didn’t miss anything. On top, communication and coordination with our lovely host Ivan was above and beyond. Really great. Thank you so much for the beautiful time we could spend at your house!

We had an amazing stay in Pićan. Host were very friendly and we had a great time hanging out with the host family. The apartmant has everything you need and is as described. Pićan is about 30 minutes by car to the nearest beach so keep that in mind. It is very peacful and we had a great rest there.

A dream house with warm service! We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and it was just perfect! The accommodation itself is excellent – clean, well-equipped and furnished with great attention to detail. The contact with the landlords was extremely friendly and helpful. They were always there to help us and made our stay even more enjoyable. In short, the house far exceeded our expectations. We can only highly recommend it and are already looking forward to coming back soon!

Helena welcomed us very kindly. The arrangement when we arrived worked great. She explained and showed us everything on site and also gave us tips on where to eat well. Everything was already there on site, a small purchase had already been made, for the first hunger. Dishwasher tabs, taps for the washing machine, dishcloths, but also charcoal…… everything available. Then a large fruit basket was brought over in between. Helena was also always available and after a small storm, she asked the next day if we were okay and if someone should come to clean up. The pool was also cleaned once in between. It's also great there with a dog, because it's properly fenced, and walking the dog is no problem. So we were completely satisfied and would go back. Thank you very much to Helena and also to your husband🫶🏻

We really enjoyed the time and place. The kids had space to play and be easy. The house is located in a village where it is not flooded with tourism. The surrounding area is authentic and really beautiful. The house is nicely decorated, wonderful and lavishly renovated. The ground floor on the ground floor is made of stone, so it was quite cool, certainly great in the summer and we had slippers with us for this time of year. The electricity in the village went out once, Neven was there immediately on the holiday and took care of the public network repair within a few hours. Communication was easy, friendly, open, and warm. We felt really comfortable and were able to enjoy it very much and happily extended our meals under the fig tree 🙂

Very nice, tiptop clean house with a very large property. Absolutely quiet, except for a few dogs in the immediate neighborhood who have barked a lot every day. It was quiet at night. Pool well maintained with 2x weekly service. The equipment of the house could be a bit more generous, e.g. wall hooks in the bedrooms, where you can also hang something. In the bathrooms, apart from a mini rack above the sink, there is no possibility of storing toiletries anywhere. Also, the kitchen is sparsely stocked with dishes, e.g. only 6 knives, or 8 cups, a little scanty at a house for 8-9 people. This is preprogrammed or the dishwasher is running all the time. With a 4-star house, we would have expected more amenities, but that is certainly easy to add. Nevertheless, despite a very nice, very clean house in an absolutely quiet, rural location, from which many coastal towns can be reached in 20-30 minutes.

Perfect from start to finish! We were in Kristian's place at the beginning of October and will definitely be back. Communication was flawless, we were even allowed to arrive earlier in the day as no one was in the house before us. There was also a gift for guests, even our baby was thought of. The house was very well maintained and clean, just like the huge garden and pool. Since it is located in the middle of Istria, we needed a maximum of 30-40 minutes by car to each coast, which was perfect for us. Thanks Kristijan for the great time. 😊

Beautiful villa ! Very clean and very modern ! We enjoyed the sauna and pool to the fullest. The kids loved the PS4 (beware, only 1 controller)😄. We solved the flying problem by only leaving the terrace door open, which had curtains. These kept most of the flies outside and it was still able to keep the door open. BBQ charcoal, lighters & co had to be bought, - was not on site. Salt, pepper, oil, etc. was also not available. Ivana gave us tips for excursions and was very kind. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our vacation very much! I couldn't find a walker's route from the village, so I always had to drive away to walk the dog. The property was perfect though. Nice big and closed so our little dog could jump around freely.
