Manuel is a great host. He responded very quickly to our questions and helped us very well. The apartment is very nice. Luckily, there is air conditioning and a really nice balcony. Since the mosquitoes love us, we would have been happy to have a mosquito net on the balcony door. We thought it was great to be able to park the car in the box. Thank you for having us as guests. We will definitely be back.

We spent a wonderful week with our 1-year-old son in Bergell. We found a top clean apartment with loving details. We particularly liked the completely fenced terrace. We immediately felt comfortable and were warmly welcomed by Gianluca. He is very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much, Gianluca. The beds are very comfortable and a baby bed was also provided to us in tip top condition. We would be happy to recommend you and Tamara and if we find ourselves in Bergell again, then definitely in your great apartment.

A real home from home! This is a great flat, suitable for groups of friends, couples & families. Mrs. Franca was warm and thoughtful, offering transport to and from the local train station and providing a clean, comfortable apartment. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Although we noted a high bathroom mirror and the lack of a drying rack, these were minor issues. Fantastic communication from Chiara throughout the process and her help was appreciated. We also thank Mrs. Franca’s nephew for translating upon our arrival to the apartment. In terms of the location, Lierna was a convenient base for exploring Lake Como and we even travelled to Milan, relatively easily, although some trains weren't running for most of our stay. We would recommend guests have access to some form of transport as the location has very steep roads. We highly recommend Casa Fiore.

The place was very cozy and practically furnished. The location was very good for us: close to the train station for excursions, within walking distance to the old town and lake with swimming facilities, with shopping nearby. The pool in the settlement was very clean and the children especially liked it. Thanks a lot, we'll be happy to come back!

Wonderful little studio for a short (or longer?) Stay. Very quiet location, birdsong and view of the garden. Large balcony, good facilities in kitchen and bathroom and in general. Very easy to reach on foot from Minusio train station (5-6 minutes), in a few minutes you can also reach a pretty and quiet section of Lake Maggiore, in 15-20 minutes on foot to the port of Locarno (walk along the lake), in 25 minutes to the city center of Locarno. Very uncomplicated, very clean, very friendly. Highly recommend it.

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending time at Fabiana's house. The place itself was very clean and comfy – it really feels like home! To top that, Fabiana is extremely friendly and understanding. She sent us videos showing how to get to the place, where the key box is, how to get inside, and so on. She also actively helped us with local matters such as buses, understanding some local rules, and she recommended lots of great restaurants, bars, and attractions! If you want to stay in a well-located, very well-kept house with the most helpful host – don't hesitate, because Fabiana's place and Fabiana herself are just wonderful!

We were there for 3 days. The apartment was perfect for that period of time. Very clean. Necessary things in the kitchen or bathroom. Unfortunately, the apartment is relatively far from the center. There is a bus stop and a bus, but it does not run after 10 p.m. Emanuele was a very friendly host, he responded quickly to messages.

Perfect stay in the heart of Val Masino! The apartment is located in the heart of San Martino, a few steps from bars, restaurants and shops, which makes it very convenient for every need. Fantastically beautiful view🫶🏼🤩. There were several feel-good places to relax at the house, so you can enjoy this great view to the fullest. A really great house with very suitable extras for the location. The amenities were great (there were even three different pillows to choose from per person). Warm personal welcome. Many tips. Always very helpful. Great communication. The pool with outdoor shower is a highlight. It is even slightly heated, by solar cells on the roof. Large fenced property. Landlords are in the house next door. The plots are fenced separately from each other, so that the dog can move freely. Everything wonderful. We will be happy to come back!

Absolutely stunning lake views. Beautiful home. Pictures on the listing are very accurate. Amazing host, very responsive and accommodating. We liked being up high above the water and also the location felt close to everything. Some nice restaurant options down the hill and many more ten minutes drive. We rented a boat in Dongo on the owner’s recommendation and had a great half day experience. The glass enclosed living room up the hill is magical in the morning and creates nice additional space to spread out if you come with all the kids. We will be back for sure.

We were in Locarno for a women's weekend and are thrilled with our stay. The house was very clean, perfectly equipped, we felt very comfortable. With two seats you always have sun if you want. The location is great, quiet but very close (on foot) to Piazza Grande, the Lido, the lake and the public transport stops. The hostess was very nice, flexible, and you can feel that this house is a matter of heart. We will be happy to come back! 🩷

This place is definitely recommended. The house is very tasteful, spacious and equipped with every comfort. The host Denise and her husband are super friendly. We received a very warm welcome and we received many tips from them for activities in the area. The garden is also lovely. We have gratefully used the table tennis table. In short: a top location.

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Michele was a great host, communicated with us about how to get to Bellagio, left a nice basket with food and drunks for us, and even picked us up with his car when it was pouring rain and we were far from the Airbnb. All around a very hospitable and nice person. The house was incredible, and we got to enjoy the pool. Thank you so much for everything!
