A very good romantic stay near the village and the sea. Everything is accessible by bike or on foot. The accommodation is small but friendly and well arranged. The bedding is good and clean. I highly recommend this listing😊

Accommodation as described, beach, accessible in two minutes, unsupervised, without being crowded with people. I recommend a stay at Sandrine's, apartment in a quiet residence.

Delphine is a warm, caring and available host. The instructions for accessing the accommodation and its operation are clear and precise. It is well arranged and functional, without superfluous items. We were 3 adults who came to the island to surf and the proximity to the beach of Vert Bois is a real plus, less than 10 minutes' walk. However, I recommend coming by car or at least by bike, as the island is quite poorly served by public transport and the supermarkets are a little far away to get there on foot. In any case, I will be very happy to come back and spend a few days with Delphine and her family!

Alexandra's accommodation is very well located for visiting the Château d'Oléron, Dolus, Fort Royer, Boyardville... Communication was very easy. The accommodation is well-equipped. Good experience

A very pleasant stay in this accommodation with impeccable cleanliness and well-equipped. Amandine passed the clear guidelines and was very responsive in her responses. A little bit of an environment (but independent of the accommodation) but quiet. Fortunately, we were out of season because parking is not necessarily simple.

A gem , close to the port , shabby chic interior with gorgeous touches . Patricia was a most helpful host and made our arrival very special . Small but perfectly formed studio with everything one needs . Highly recommended

Great Host, large and bright apartment with a very nice decor and many facilities. View from the window of the pretty building of the Marché des Marennes with its Baltard-style architecture and the three restaurants less than a minute away. 10 min by bike to the beach (thanks for the bike:)). The large car park at Place Carnot is 100m away. Special mention for the layout of the apartment (there must be about twenty light points and sockets and the kitchen is used with much more than the essentials). Thank you for everything, we'll be back with pleasure.

Corinne is such an amazing and responsive host, and her place was exactly what we needed. Would 100% recommend. A bit about the apartment: it looked exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Its location probably can’t be better since it was right by the pier of Saint-Martin, a very charming and calm village. Now, the real stars were the hosts. Corinne herself was very responsive and proactive and even though she wasn’t there at check-in, she arranged for a family member to not only be there and greet us, but also drive us from the La Rochelle train station to the island. She also called the bus company to confirm our bus time upon departure and was kind enough to allow a later check in so we had a place to leave our belongings while waiting for our train. Overall, amazing hosts. Thank you!

Maryse is a very nice and available host and moreover she is very accommodating for check-in and checkout when possible! The apartment is in a great location we rented for our 3-day weekend and we did everything on foot! The parking space is a big plus we highly recommend Maryse and her property! You can go there without so much as a second thought, you won't be disappointed! Very looking forward to returning to La Rochelle in this beautiful and tastefully decorated and so well located in La Rochelle!

Well located apartment in the middle of the island. For my weekend with friends, it was great!

Very well placed and equipped. Less than 10 minutes to the city center. Well-equipped. Perfect for a family. A little traffic and noise from the hospital next door. But good insulation of the windows. Good welcome. The market next door is a good point!
