A very good romantic stay near the village and the sea. Everything is accessible by bike or on foot. The accommodation is small but friendly and well arranged. The bedding is good and clean. I highly recommend this listing😊

We are delighted with our little weekend in this home. It is very well located, the residence is very pleasant. Our little one was able to enjoy the pool, which was a little cool. We'll remember the address to come back another time with our bikes! Easier to go to the beach I think.

Accommodation as described, beach, accessible in two minutes, unsupervised, without being crowded with people. I recommend a stay at Sandrine's, apartment in a quiet residence.

Cottage corresponding in all respects to the listing. Very nicely decorated, you feel at home. Sylvie is very responsive and the person who greeted us as well. The house is located in the center of the island, it is easy to radiate to discover different sectors (car or bike) Bike rentals at Beach bikes are not very far and are great! A very pleasant stay in this accommodation with impeccable cleanliness and well-equipped. Amandine passed the clear guidelines and was very responsive in her responses. A little bit of an environment (but independent of the accommodation) but quiet. Fortunately, we were out of season because parking is not necessarily simple.

A very nice apartment with a view of the harbor entrance - located between the Ketten and Laternenturm. The accommodation is located in a beautiful old house made of white limestone. The apartment was well ventilated by many skylights and the slopes make the apartment very charming. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a beach is 5 minutes away and the city center of La Rochelle is also a few minutes away. We arrived by train and did a lot on foot or by rental bike. The accommodation is also within walking distance of the train station.

A gem , close to the port , shabby chic interior with gorgeous touches . Patricia was a most helpful host and made our arrival very special . Small but perfectly formed studio with everything one needs . Highly recommended

Great Host, large and bright apartment with a very nice decor and many facilities. View from the window of the pretty building of the Marché des Marennes with its Baltard-style architecture and the three restaurants less than a minute away. 10 min by bike to the beach (thanks for the bike:)). The large car park at Place Carnot is 100m away. Special mention for the layout of the apartment (there must be about twenty light points and sockets and the kitchen is used with much more than the essentials). Thank you for everything, we'll be back with pleasure.

Fantastic place to stay for our weekend in Ile de Re. The place was right around the corner of the stunning port of Saint Martin, and the apartment looked even better than the photos - super cosy and had all you could ask for. Corinne and Eric were the best hosts, very friendly and welcoming, flexible with us and always on hand to help with recommendations. We thoroughly recommend!!

Pleasant accommodation overlooking the lake and sea, really peaceful and quiet. Parking space, clean accommodation and all the minimum necessary. The beach is within walking distance in less than 15 minutes. And Pauline is very responsive by message. I recommend it. Thanks 😊

Maryse is a very nice and available host and moreover she is very accommodating for check-in and checkout when possible! The apartment is in a great location we rented for our 3-day weekend and we did everything on foot! The parking space is a big plus we highly recommend Maryse and her property! You can go there without so much as a second thought, you won't be disappointed! Very looking forward to returning to La Rochelle in this beautiful and tastefully decorated and so well located in La Rochelle!

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!
