We loved every minute of our stay! It was easy to find, cozy, quiet, and clean. We especially loved the heated floors and how the kitchen had everything we could possibly need.

We had a great stay! Gordon's home was in a great location relative to the activities we wanted to do in the area. Gordon provided clear, easy to follow instructions and took care to set up a home away from home for us. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Lake Tahoe!

Everything was as expected. Very clean and well supplied. Close to all great restaurants and Incline Village activities. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone and will be back ourselves for sure.

Condo was lovely and very comfortable. Many thoughtful touches and amenities. Very well located; convenient to Incline Village and Kings Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elie's! Check in was a breeze, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing weekend. Elie is super responsive and made things so easy.

The home is spacious and the neighborhood is beautiful. We enjoyed the clubhouse with ping pong and hot tub. We walked to the local brewery and were close to several nice shopping areas.

Thomas and Omar are great and very responsive. The house is very nice and cozy. The view from the balcony is amazing during the day and get to see the milky way at night too. The area is nice and quiet but still close enough to get to Stateline and the lake for activities and nice restaurants.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful Airbnb, the house was cozy, clean, and had a lot of amenities. The two balconies over looked the side of the mountain, every morning was gorgeous. It was a perfect place to relax and wind down, a perfect getaway from the busy loud city.

Our stay at Ali’s was exactly what we were looking for. Super comfy, clean, updated, and well stocked. Great shower. Beds were comfortable - note that one is firmer and one is softer to suit people’s preferences. Two parking spots available, one has to be behind the other. The host is extremely communicative and makes sure you have everything you need. Overall, happy with our stay in Kings Beach. Thank you, Ali!!

Lovely stay at Shay’s place!!! Big open (reverse) floor plan. Everything felt like I was at a friend’s house. The kitchen had everything you’d need. Nice small touches throughout and everything I might need was there including: laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, extra soap/ sponges, extra TP/PT, etc. I didn’t feel the need to constantly run to the store. Shannon was absolutely lovely. Called right away with helpful instructions and gave great recommendations. We had a great time at the pool and beaches. Hiked in Incline Village to awesome Hidden Beach. Everything was close by. Quick drive to King’s beach for live music for the adults and playground for the kids. Honestly so very thankful for a wonderful getaway.

The place is spacious and clean! Host sent out reminder messages and replied fast. Only complaint is water is not heat enough after couple ppl done their shower

Absolutely loved our stay! We were 2 families with 3 kids between us who had the coziest time at the cottage. Spotless and fully stocked kitchen ensured we had great family dinners after our day out. Shuttle to Northstar or a huge benefit. 10 minute drive into Truckee downtown for everything you need. Great community facilities as well. Very gracious and responsive host. Will definitely be returning here!

We had a lovely stay here with friends for a ski trip! The place was comfortable and warm, and met all our needs. Bathrooms were very clean, and lots of storage space throughout the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements and spices, great for our post-skiing meals! Easy parking available. We also enjoyed going to the communal hot tub and dry sauna in the complex. Overall a great stay.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! 1. Carmen was the best host I’ve ever encountered. 2. This was the most well-stocked home I’ve ever been to. And it’s not a “lived in” home with a bunch of personal items where you feel that you’re imposing—no, supplies & comfort items perfect for our stay. We brought our doggies and even my little one found a toy and was LOVING playing with it. Our beds were comfortable, the towels were plush, the bath products bountiful…and the kitchen…a professional chef would have been impressed by the spices, utensils & equipment. Wow. Close to town, easy to park & enter, lots of great common spaces. Sigh. Wish I was still there. :-)

What a great time we had in Lake Tahoe! Phil and Tammy exceeded our expectations and were top grade hosts. Their Alder Abode provided all the comfort we needed to be able to truly enjoy our vacation. We were greeted with a nice, personalized message as well as some treats and a toy for our fur-baby (pictured). The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, pans, k-pods, and various spices for cooking. The bathroom felt luxurious with all the soaps, lotions and bathrobes provided. The heated floors in the kitchen and the bathroom were inviting as well. The Alder Abode is located w/in walking distance from various shops and restaurants. The Guidebook that Tammy and Phil provided list plenty of excellent recommendations so be sure to check them out. One thing we’ll always remember is the message posted from Buddha as you walk into the house, “What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create.”, so imagine the vacation you want and make it happen here.

Comfortable and cozy place! Perfect area of town to get to all sides of Reno. Comfortable beds!

We are a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids-10 and 12 y.o.) and skied at Diamond Peak. This is our second stay at Carl's place and we like it a lot. The condo is well furnished, has a nice backyard and is a 2 minute drive to DP. We look forward to staying again.

We had great time over the weekend. House was same as the description and photos. Very welcoming for kids and safe . Quiet location. Kitchen was fully stocked. The only thing we didn’t do is to check the weather before we went and a big storm happened on Saturday otherwise it will be enjoyed the outside activities. Thank you for having us my family had great time.

We had a great time at this beautiful home. It was relaxing and had everything we needed. There were drinks in the fridge and coffee pods provided. I’d gladly stay at this home again.
