Theo's house is delightful, original and very functional in its furnishings, with a super comfortable king size bed and everything you need to feel good: above all a terrace with a breathtaking view and a total privacy. The proximity to the airport brings more advantages than disadvantages, because it is very convenient for those arriving and departing and on the other hand the noise of the planes is not at all problematic as you might think. Theo is a very attentive and extremely kind host, ready to quickly respond to any question and to meet his guests for any need. There are beautiful beaches nearby, some of which can be reached just walking, and Pigadia with all its services is twenty minutes away, so reachable without problems even on a daily basis. We will definitely be back!

This place is paradise. If you want to go, chill out and relax this is the place for you. Set on an unspoilt island with beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters it's heaven. There are plenty restaurants to choose from all set with stunning views and fantastic food to cater for all tastes, from just a quick snack or going out for a candle lit dinner. You will need to hire a car to get to these other restaurants. But if you don't want to drive there is a fantastic family friendly restaurant and beach bar very close. The food is fantastic the hosts so relaxed they just make you feel like you are part of the family.. We will definately be going again.

Posto tranquillo, raggiungibile anche con il bus (4 volte al giorno). Piacevole tavolino esterno. Spiaggia e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Host molto gentile: ci ha fatto trovare acqua fresca, snack e biscotti all'arrivo ed ha organizzato i trasferimenti sia all'arrivo che alla partenza

The stay here was unique and unforgettable. Panagiotis and his wife are the best hosts you could wish for; they are attentive, always available, and make you feel like at home. The apartment is perfect, taken care of in every little detail, and super clean. The location of the accommodation is breathtaking, from the private terrace available to guests you can have a full view of all the islands around Iraklia, and you enjoy an incomparable silence and tranquility. In 15/20 minutes by foot, you reach the town and the most beautiful beach on the island.

It was already the second time we stayed at Maria’s cottage and it was again great! The garden that is around the accommodation is beautiful, and the view as well. The inside of the accommodation is cute and cozy. The cottage is a little hidden but Maria supported us very well at the first time we stayed there and we could find the place easily. We recommend to come by car because it’s situated on a hill a little outside of the city. You can also park there for free in front of the gate to the cottage. Around the area are restaurants and also some beaches. Kos city center is about 5/10 min away by car. There are super markets close by also very easy to reach by car. The nature around is beautiful but there are some roosters around that start „singing“ at night. My girlfriend could sleep all night without any problems but I’d say earplugs are recommended for good night sleep. (: All in all it’s a great place to stay and we love it there! Thank you Maria!

You truly could not find a better host that Marios's family. They were so kind and went out of their way to look after me and help in every way. Their hospitality is unparralleled in my experience . The apt was great and had everything I needed. I was so relaxed , I never wanted to leave.

This is a wonderful villa! Very comfortable, cozy, and private, with a nice pool and thoughtful details. All communications with the host were smooth and easy. Absolutely recommended!

ben gercekten keyif aldım, çok tatlı bir yer..tüm ihtiyaclar düşünülmüş..aşırı temizdi tüm araç gereçler ve kişisel parçalar..merkeze, azmak nehrine hem yakın hemde izole , doğayı hissedebildim. otantik bir ortamı var tiny’nin, kliması cok sessiz tüm gece hiç rahatsız etmedi. Başka herhangi bir ses yok, sadece camiye bi tık yakın ama beni rahatsız etmedi, hoca çok kısa okuyor..önemliydi benim için sessiz huzurlu olması ve soguk bir sezon şuan buarada.. İlgili kişiler çok elit ve anlayışlı, rahat insanlar..ben mudavimi olmayı düşünüyorum, seneye tüm sezonu kapatabilirim :)

Denize 5 adımdı ev. Denizi mükemmel temizlikteydi ve dalga yoktu koy olduğu için. Biz aşırı aşırı memnun kaldık. Hemen yan tarafta restaurant vardı aşırı lezzetliydi ve eve de servis yaptılar. Bahçede mükemmel vakit geçirdik. Aşırı keyifliydi. Kesinlikle gidilip görülmeli.

Her şey görüldüğü ve anlatıldığı gibiydi. Biz ailecek çok rahat, sakin ve huzurlu bir deneyim yaşadık. Kendi havuzunun olması ve denize de yürüme mesafesinde olması bizim için çok keyifliydi. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyorum 🍀

Tatilimiz boyunca Emrah bey her şey ile çok ilgiliydi. Ne zaman bir şeye ihtiyacımız olsa bizle iletişim halindeydi ve yanımızda oldu. Araçsız geldiğimiz için market alışverişinde ve diğer her ihtiyacımıza yardımcı oldu. Bizimle birlikte minik bir köyceğiz turu bile yaptı. Kaldığımız yer çok temizdi. Biz arkadaşlarımızla çok eğlendik çok güzel zamanlar geçirdik. Bu kaliteli tatil için kendilerine teşekkür ederiz.

Derya Hanım sağolsun fazlasıyla ilgilendi. Ev zaten muazzam. Kendi evinizde hissediyorsunuz. Verandanın ve bahçenin keyfinden sonra kesintisiz uyuyabildiğiniz ve sabah erkenden uyanıp güne başlama isteği veren bir ev. Eşim ve köpeğimizle müthiş 2 gün geçirdik. Son gün giderken bahçeden koparılıp hediye edilen limonlarla da son huzur vuruşu yaptılar sağolsunlar :) Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Tekrar teşekkürler.

5 gün iki kız konakladığımız bu yerden çok memnun ve mutlu bir şekilde ayrıldık. Herşey fotoğraflarla birebir aynı. Huzur dolu bir yer. Kendinize ait mahremiyet bölgesinin olması da çok güzeldi. Sanki herşey özenle düşünülmüş ve yerleştirilmiş gibiydi. Konum olarak Gümüşlük’e 5 dakika uzaklıkta bir yer. Yol üzerinde ve istediğiniz her yere rahatça ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Her ihtiyacınızı karşılayabileceğiniz bir konumu var. Market 3 dakika uzaklıkta. Biz çok sevdik ve kendimizi güvende hissederek tatil yaptık. Gelmek isteyenler gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirler.

Es war ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub, wir konnten uns in dem schönen Haus super erholen die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Wenn wir Hilfe benötigten war immer jemand zu erreichen. Antworten kamen immer sehr schnell. Vielen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder.☺️

Ayçıl Hanım ve dayısı Tuncay Bey, son derece nazik, kaliteli ve güngörmüş insanlardı. Bizi çok güzel ağırladılar. Kendilerine ait olan tekneleriyle gün batımında Selimiye tekne turu çok keyifliydi. Bunun için ayrıca teşekkürler. Evin konumu çok güzeldi, on adımda denize iniyorsunuz. Deniz bence bölgedeki en güzel deniz. Sığ ve çocuklar için ideal.. Sabah ve akşamları yüzmesi çok daha güzel oluyor. Sıcak bir denizi var.Selimiye hala doğallığını kaybetmemiş bir tatil beldesi.. Köyün içinde tatil yapıyorsunuz ama ihtiyacınız olan her şey var. Tanımaktan mutlu olduğumuz güzel insanlarla ve olmaktan keyif aldığımız sakin ve huzurlu bir ortamda güzel bir dört gün geçirdik. Gelmek isteyen herkese tavsiye ederim.

Her şey tahmin ettiğinizden ve fotoğraflardan gördüğünüzden daha fazlası . İhtiyaçlarınız için her şey düşünülmüş tamamen ev konforundaydı. Temizlik , mahremiyet ve daha fazlası için aklınızda soru işareti kalmadan gidebileceğiniz nadir yerlerden . Havuz sistemi harikaydı , gece/ gündüz kendisini temizleyen bir sistemi vardı . Arif bey ilgili bölgeye hakim ve misafirperver biriydi . Arif beyin anneannesi de çok tatlı biri giderken arkamızdan su bile döktü . Herkese şiddetle tavsiye ederim .

Oldukça keyifli 3 gün geçirdik. Bir evde temel ihtiyaç olabilecek her şey mevcuttu, temiz ve bakımlıydı. Evin konumu araçla çok rahat bulunabilecek yerde olup Azmak nehrine yürüme mesafesindeydi, ayrıca etrafı da çevreden izole edildiği için sakin bir tatil geçirebildik. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyorum.

From the first day , the hosts Vera Irene and Panagiotis were super friendly and helpful towards us ! For every question was a perfect answer, they helped , and supported us during the trip. We felt like at home , the house is in a beautiful area , next to mountains and vineyards. You can even see the ocean from the house , since it’s located up in a small village called Emporeío. No other Airbnb or Holiday resort can archive this kind of privacy this house had. We really enjoyed it ! It looked even better in person then in the pictures. The Jacuzzi was hot and clean. It was a perfect location for a enjoyable holiday in Santorini. It was worth every euro. And comparable to other Airbnbs in Santorini , this one was by far the best I’ve seen! Don’t wait, book it. It’s really worth it. Thanks again to Irene Vera and Panagiotis! We will definitely come again!

What Cem has carved out and created on this hillside is nothing short of my kinda heaven. The elegance of the escape is unfathomable his attention to detail and conscientious care and respect of the environment and all that is needed. We loved our daily climb up and down this wonderful taking us to the beautiful coastline. Our cuddles with chichi and jango the most loving cats. The sweet conversation. The stars which felt you could reach from the doorstep. We cherish our time at the Earthouse a very real wonderful escape from hussle and bussle world. We would most definitely love to comeback.

A simply sensational stay at “On The Rocks” in Symi. The accommodation is exactly as the listing describes, and is so very beautiful, peaceful and remarkable. To open the shutters onto the view of Nimborio bay, the waves gently lapping against the wall below, was a glorious start to each day. A drink on the terrace/platform as the sun went down, the water all around us, was a glorious end to each day. Being away from the bustle of Symi town, but a gentle 30 minute walk to it (we rented e-bikes - a fun 8 minute cycle!) is a real blessing. And our own sunbeds and swimming platform meant no need to travel to a beach each day. Perfect! A very proactive, helpful host. A great stay. A beautiful place.
