Lovely cottage right on the Norfolk coast path. Very nice kitchen and outdoor seating area.

We had a great stay at Baker’s Yard. Location is perfect for coastal path walks and for village amenities. Looking forward to staying again.

Wonderful spacious, well-appointed property, in quiet location ideally suited to visiting the beach or Broads. Plenty of room for the six of us, plus dogs both inside and outside and the enclosed garden was perfect and safe for the grandchildren and dogs. Games and buckets and spades were very much appreciated by the young ones. Thank you Rosie. An outstanding Airbnb. Would highly recommend

This is a gorgeous cottage set in the middle of countryside (but easy to get out & about in the car). The kitchen is huge and with everything you need, with several options for outdoor dining to make the most of the lovely garden. Beds are comfy with decent sized rooms, but the standout attraction is of course the pool…heated so that we (with two young kids) could enjoy it for several hours each day of our stay without anyone getting bored or chilly. Lorna & Dean v friendly & helpful hosts. Highly recommend; only caveat - while we had a great weekend here with our toddler in tow, we were outdoors for most of the time; the cottage is decorated beautifully and has flagstone flooring throughout the downstairs which are not always compatible / relaxing with an energetic 2 year old.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at this Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy linens and well-stocked kitchen to the fast Wi-Fi and easy self-check-in process. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to local restaurants, shops, and attractions. We felt completely at home and safe throughout our entire stay. Our host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful with recommendations. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing a great guest experience. Whether you're traveling for work, a weekend getaway, or a longer retreat, this Airbnb is a gem. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier experience.

We had a lovely stay this weekend in this charming cottage, absolutely perfect for 8 guests attending a wedding nearby. Everything was as described and in the pictures. Catherine's communication and helpfulness was spot on. Unfortunately we came in four separate cars and there was only room to get three on the drive, one was on the road, which wasn't a problem for us but might have annoyed the neighbours and locals. We would definitely stay again and can not fault the property or Catherine.

Wow what a lovely place to stay! It’s immaculate and has so much included what with the Hamper on arrival, kids toys and books and games, DVDS, spotlessly clean and the quality of the linen impressive! I would go as far as saying it’s the cleanest place we have stayed and in terms of location it’s perfect! All in walking distance! Comfy beds and sofas! I can not fault this place one bit! If you book you will not be disappointed! It’s on a lovely site with pool £4 per child and £5 per adult well worth it so clean and tidy! Lovely bar on site too all dog friendly! Get booking you will not be disappointed!

We had a fantastic stay at lakeside view. So peaceful and beautiful surroundings being situated right by the lake. Jean was a great host, super helpful and responsive. The lodge was even better than we were expecting. Would definitely recommend

The Gig House was fantastic. Beautifully presented and exactly as described. Situated within beautifully maintained grounds, and just a few seconds stroll to the spa, it was absolutely perfect for our girly getaway! Tan and Hannah’s communication was excellent and they were very helpful. Plus the spa was great, friendly staff, great treatments and lovely outdoor jacuzzi pool with sun loungers to relax and lap up the sunshine. Who could ask for more!

Very comfortable in a very peaceful location. Great local pub with good food and beer.

Great place to stay, lovely outlook from the decking across water and the golf course. Well appointed accommodation with everything you could need. Great facilities and a bar on site and very good value for money.

We booked a few nights away, very well kept and clean chalet. Hosts were very attentive to any messages or questions we had. Made our weekend very enjoyable and we will be booking again

Having Autistic children makes holidays very difficult for us, but this was the best holiday we’ve had! The pool was by far the best bit, we spent hours in it everyday. It was warm and very clean. The cottage was cozy and had everything you needed. Great location, so much to do within a short drive and lovely beaches. We’ll definitely be back again. Thank you Andy and Fi xx

Peaceful and relaxing from the moment we arrived with a nice garden to sit on sunny mornings. Well maintained with character, the house had everything we needed with nice touches such as board games and kids toys to keep young ones happy. The hidden bedroom behind the bookshelf is a great feature. The house is in a great location for driving to places of interest as well as within walking distance to a windmill where you can make your own bread and butter, which was good to try and tasted great.

Lovely spacious cottage , perfect for a weekend away exploring the Norfolk coast with our dog Pepper. Emma even let us have a late check out on Sunday which was fantastic. We will definitely be returning in the future Ryan, Emma and Pepper the Miniature Schnauzer

Had a great stay at Sandpiper lodge with our two children (7yrs and 5yrs). We’ve explored North Norfolk a few times before and this is a great base to easily get to Holkham, Brancaster Beach etc. Lots of great food options nearby in Thornham. The lodge was perfect for our needs, very clean and spacious and had all the kitchen equipment we could need for our trip. Alex was a great host; responsive to my questions and quickly helped fix a minor issue. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time at Maylie cottage! It was beautiful inside, spotlessly clean & well equipped. We had some great days out at Hunstanton, Wells & Brancaster -everywhere is so doggy friendly!! We also had a delicious meal at the Crown Inn. We tried to book a meal on Thursday, but they had their quiz night & were fully booked - so book ahead to avoid disappointment!! It would be useful to have a clothes airer- I did some washing, but had nowhere to hang it! Just in minor detail in what was a super, relaxing break!! Thank you - wonderful hosts..!!

What a perfect little oasis!! I booked Claire’s place for my mums birthday and it suited us to a T. The place was exactly as shown in photos. The highlight for us was the amazing hot tub, so pleased I booked that! The views are amazing, simply breathtaking. Claire was so friendly, proactive and responsive. Hope to come back soon! Will recommend to friends and family!❤️

Our stay at School Cottage was perfect! The location was great, nice and private area, and we were able to get to our destinations easily via car. The cottage was stunning, the space was open and beautiful with everything you would need. The rooms were great and had their own toilet / shower space each. It was perfectly dog friendly, the garden fully secure and great to let him out without concern!
