I highly recommend staying here. Beautiful apartment, amazing rooftop pool with an even better view. 15 minutes walk to the beach. The hosts were very helpful, always asking if everything was ok and if there was anything missing. If I were to return to Croatia I would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable apartment for a family of three (and more). Close to the seaside. The nearest beach has a blue flag. Many places to eat around. Definitely recommend this place and a host!

We were absolutely impressed with our stay in these apartments! When choosing them, we considered the location, and we couldn’t have made a better choice! It’s only 15 minutes to the airport, 5 minutes to the beach on one side, and 2 minutes to the sea on the other. The city center and the nearest shop are also just a few minutes’ walk away. Perfect if you don’t have a car. As for the apartment itself — it fully matches the description. Since we cooked our own meals, we found everything we needed and even more! The beautiful design and cozy details like candles created a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I’d especially like to highlight the terrace, which is a very pleasant place to spend time — it’s always in the shade, which is great during hot weather. A heartfelt thank you to our host Mia for her hospitality and quick responses. We highly recommend this place if you have any doubts, and we will definitely recommend it to our friends! ❤️

Very nice apartment. Well equipped. We stayed in the apartment on the second floor, with a balcony for breakfast in the sunrise. Then we could spend the rest of the day on the terasse on the roof. Beautiful island but difficult to find nice beaches.

The place is really highly recommended! It was sparkling clean and everything you need in a vacation apartment was available. The kitchen is very well equipped and spices, oil, vinegar, etc. are available. The view from the balcony is wonderful, the sea right in front of the door. For us, it was great that the hosts provide free bicycles, SUP, kayak, loungers, etc. Davor and Suzanne are very friendly, always available and yet discreet. Before that, he gave us many tips for excursions. All in all, a top accommodation where you can immediately feel comfortable.

The place was lovely! Elena Papa welcomed us warmly and we were delighted with the Apartment and the incredibly beautiful balcony! The nearby beach is a concrete beach, which was unfavorable for us with three children, but nearby, a 3-minute drive away, was the next coarse gravel beach. I highly recommend the accommodation!

Milan were friendly and helpful and the flat was spotless clean and comfortable.

Wow! I felt very comfortable with Vesna from the first minute. Such warm and friendly people are not often found. The place was perfect for me. You can start quietly in the morning overlooking the sea and from Bininje it is only 10 minutes by car to Zadar. If you don't have a car, you can also be driven very cheaply by Bolt/Uber. Vesna was always available and gave very good tips and recommendations. I loved the stay. There is a supermarket (Spar) 10 min by walk. There are also great restaurants and a beach not far from here. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!I will definitely return here. Thanks for the wonderful time.

Lovely small apartment, about 35mins walk from the ferry so reasonable for getting around. The hosts downstairs were very friendly but respectful so felt very private. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats go by

Very nice apartment! Only 1 minute to the sea, otherwise the possibility to go to the pool. Everything clean and nicely decorated. We were also allowed to barbecue in the evening. Conclusion: very relaxed atmosphere, short distance to the sea, best to come by car to see more or to reach restaurants!

It was a wonderful stay. Great, hospitable hosts. Beautiful place with direct access to the sea. There is a terrace, barbecue, garden, sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach. Dominik and his brother were helpful at any time (rental of bikes, scooters, electric scooters, Łódź, speedboats). Aurelia and her husband were very welcoming, they are wonderful people. The property is run by a very nice family and is located on a ridge with fantastic views of Novigrad, the sea and the mountains behind. The pool is heated and has a very nice, shade-giving terrace with beautiful views. There was nothing missing in the accommodation. There is a nice little balcony, the kitchen is very well equipped and air conditioning as well as window/door shutters offer the possibility to ventilate or cool down the premises in warm weather. The vehicle can be ideally parked in the courtyard. A shower by the pool allows you to wash up before/after bathing. A pool house allows you to cook something on site or cool drinks. Novigrad, Zadar and Zrmanja Canyon are very easy to reach, as well as some supermarkets around the lake. It's a memorable stay! Thanks to the very friendly owners - we will be back!

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

The apartment is very stylish and comfortable, the temperature was perfectly controlled. This was a beautifully peaceful and relaxing way to end our busy holiday travelling the country.

We had a great time at the apartment. It is within walking distance of downtown and has several supermarkets and the Galeria very close. Ivan is a great host, he responds quickly and is warm. The apartment is small but fully equipped, there was really made the best of the available space, we didn't miss anything. The only downside may be that the apartment is on the 5th floor. We will definitely try to stay in the apartment again on our next trip to Zadar. Highly recommend! ❤️

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

It was really gorgeous! The rooftop apartment was stunning and everything was modern and clean. The host also received us in a friendly way and was also very helpful! I will definitely return! :)
