Great place!

Ivan's house is an amazing place in a quiet street in Shabla with gorgeous garden and at a great location. All the utilities were listed, the place was very clean and every room had a spare pair of sheets. Ivan was super responsive before, during and after our stay. The house is big and spacious, and had parking spots in the front. Super grateful for the welcoming stay and will visit again for sure

The house ist very nice, very good equipment. We felt like home. The communication with Violeta was very easy und uncomplicated. We liked the private feeling and enjoyed our stay in this area.

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage bei Julie verbracht. Ihr Manager hat uns einchecken lassen und war auch sehr freundlich. Da die Adresse nicht mit der angezeigten übereinstimmte, musste der Manager uns abholen. Das könnte man in Zukunft besser machen. Zufuß zum Strand geht es in ca 20 min über einen steilen Feldweg und hohes Gras. Der Weg lohnt sich dennoch. Auch die Strände in der Nähe sind toll, dann aber besser per Auto zu erreichen. Insgesamt müsste hier und da etwas erneuert werden. Dennoch war es das Geld wert. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Da man mitten in der Natur ist, sollte man keine Angst vor Tieren haben, die sieht man dort öfters. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Great and very welcoming host. The house has a very cozy garden and all necessary amenities, it's close to a grocery store, restaurants and also just around 1km away from an amazing beach. Will definitely visit again

Apartamentul este foarte spațios, bine dotat (extrem de utile masina de spalat vase și cea de spalat rufe...si absolut tot ce va trebuie in bucatarie), vedere superba către mare si marina! Balconul este foarte generos, geamuri mari astfel încât te bucuri toată ziua și toată noaptea de mare:) Strada este liniștită și una dintre cele mai frumoase strazi din Balcic. Accesul la plaja se face pe scări sau cu masina (se ajunge repede). La coltul străzii se afla restaurantul Blue Lion (mancare gustoasa la preturi foarte bune) ceea ce constituie un MARE avantaj. Dacă veti călători cu copil mic aveți în apartament scaun de masa + pătuț pentru copil + inclusiv olita și colac de wc și protecție la toate prizele. Gazda foarte prietenoasa, ne-a ajutat cu sfaturi despre locurile interesante de vizitat + recomandari de restaurante. Recomand!

Апартаментът изглежда точно като на снимките, чист е и прохладен. В кухнята имаше мравки, но веднага след като се обадихме, ни дадоха пудра против мравки. На място ни посрещна човек, който ни даде ключовете и беше в комплекса всеки ден, така че винаги имаше къде да се обърнем с въпроси. Градината на комплекса е разкошна, и тя и басейнът са много чисти. Препоръчвам!

Special thanks to Boris who welcomed and sent us with big smile, recommended places to eat and was very friendly, responsive and helpful if we wanted something. Hi all! It was the 2nd time that we were in Topola with my wife and our 2 kids: first time in 2021 we`ve choosen all inclusive at another resort; this year we`ve been at Sunny Sky Apartment. The second one it was the very best choice for our family and style with all respect and thanks to our hosts. It's was great to feel the goodwill how they were hosting us. The photos are not transmitting the really waowww of the qualities of this apartment. Was ideal for our 2KidFamily. Well cleaned and all functional. Good quality bedsheets and towels. Kitchen is fitted with all the utensils to prepare the necessary dishes up to 4-6 people. English speaking channels on TV. If you fancy, there`re a few restaurant by 1 minute walk. There is an infinity pool also, almost touchable for the balcony, very posh but cold. The closest beach, Adora is at a 4-5 minutes drive, down the hill and is the most beautiful in early morning hours or late afternoons, when the rush is over. All in one we wish continuous devotion fo the hosts and peacefull holiday for all possible guests who love privacy, silence, cleanliness, peace. István, Zenóbia, Hugó, Bora

Wir waren zu viert eine knappe Woche in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Toller Balkon mit Blick auf Pool und Meer. Parken war kein Problem in der Anlage. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und kommen gern einmal wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Wir waren eine Freundesgruppe von 14 Personen und haben eine Woche dort Urlaub gemacht! Die Unterkunft bzw. die Anlage war super und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Unser Host Constantin war steht’s erreichbar und hilfsbereit und hat regelmäßig nach dem Pool und generell nach der Anlage geschaut. Es war alles sauber, wir haben sogar neue Handtücher bekommen und auch der Pool/ Whirlpool war sauber! Es gab sogar zwei Kühlschränke, eine Eiswürfelmaschine und zwei Herdplatten, was für eine große Gruppe top ist. Man hat eine super Aussicht zum Meer und fußläufig war ein kleiner Laden zu erreichen, welcher grundlegende Lebensmittel und ein Taxi Service hatte. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.😊

We had a great holiday with the family.The villa is very modern and stylish. It has everything what you need ! Has a lovely sea view … the swimming pool is also very clean.Everything looks exactly like the photos shown .The host is very friendly and welcoming. Do not miss this opportunity. My family and friends rented Casa del Grey for a lovely long weekend in Balchik. Christian and his wife, Denitsa, were easy to reach for check-in arrangements and very responsive to our questions. They left us delicious fresh veggies and fruit. The casa has three floors with two airy bedrooms on top (with an amazing view of the black sea) two bedrooms in the middle (one with air conditioning) and a living space with beds on the lower floor. We requested a fan for additional air flow on the lower level and they brought it to us as soon as possible. The kitchen is split between and indoor space and semi-patio like area. There are beautiful flowers and fruit trees in the yard. The road up to the casa is a bit steep and narrow, however our cars did not have trouble and some of our guests enjoyed the walk to and from the seaside. Overall, we were pleased and our only wish is that we would have had more time to get to know our hosts when we checked out. много благодаря!

We had a fantastic 10 days at this amazing villa! It was much better than we expected as we had all the benefits of hotel service but in a huge private villa, e.g daily cleaning service and room service. The pool was very cold but we all enjoyed having our very own big pool. The villa is part of the gorgeous Black Sea Rama resort, which is huge. Luckily the villa is only 1 minute walk away from the beautiful hotel (where you can use their indoor and outdoor pool and bar), and only 3 mins way from the clubhouse where you have a delicious breakfast buffet served every morning. My husband enjoyed 2 challenging rounds of golf on the resort and he and the kids enjoyed having free use of the driving range as well. We mostly ate at the Pizzaria as other options weren't very suitable for children but I'm sure they would have been great. We enjoyed the steak house one night and found the steak to be delicious and good value. The only down side was that the hotel staff weren't very informative about services available to us. Luckily i read some online reviews for the resort whilst we were there and learned that we can ask for golf buggy transport around the resort (the pizzaria was located at the very far end away from us), and that there is a free shuttle to the lovely beach at Thracian Cliffs resort. Staff failed to mention this when we paid €40 for a taxi to the beach a few days earlier. It is recommended that you have use of a car as taxis were very expensive. We had also asked for a taxi to the supermarket as we needed milk for our children, but we only found out ourselves in the last couple of days that we could walk to one at the Lighthouse Hotel next door. We also found there was a bit more choice for children on the menu at the Lighthouse. I would highly recommend a stay at Dobrin's villa!

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Sie ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist ihr proaktives Verhalten: Sie hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist, und bei kleineren Anliegen sofort Unterstützung angeboten. Einziger kleiner Punkt: Die Lage ist zu Fuß etwas schwierig zu erreichen, insbesondere mit Gepäck. Mit dem Auto stellt dies allerdings kein Problem dar. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft mit herausragendem Service – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
