Close to restaurants and a grocery store. Starting point for beautiful cycling tours, hikes, etc.

Exclusive residential unit, ideal for sports enthusiasts

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

The 1st floor apartment can be reached via an outside staircase. Not accessible. 45m² on 2 levels - the living room with cozy seating area, kitchenette with dishwasher, 2 hotplates and mini oven, kettle. One large bedroom with double bed and possibility to set up a cot or folding bed. The loft bed above the living room is the favorite place for children from about 4 years. My apartment is simple but cozy and offers enough space for 5 people. It is very quiet and it has everything in it that makes the vacation pleasant. The beautiful Lake Hafner can be reached in 20 minutes on foot via a forest path! Lake Keutschach and Lake Wörthersee are minutes by car.
