Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Divšići

Igor was very helpful on arrival and at departure. The beds were very comfortable. The stand out features of the flat are windows on almost all sides, and a balcony with a lovely view of the sea. It does overlook a road and a car park, so sometimes it's a bit noisy, but that's absolutely worth it for the amazing views of the boats and the sea. We saw cruise ships, dolphins, and gorgeous sunsets and did lots of people watching from the balcony. We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, stylishly decorated and exactly as described. The hostess was friendly, helpful and quick to reach. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

We loved Simons Place! Perfect Location - just couple minutes walk from the center of Pula; place exactly as shown in picture, really clean & absolutely well equipped. Dunja's flat was an amazing place to call home base for several days exploring Pula. Location-wise, A two minute walk from the temple of Augustus and a five minutes walk from the old city Market, the flat was secluded in a nice, quiet area but right off the pier and next to the center of the city. Dunja was extremely responsive and proactive with communication, and self check-in with a lockbox was a breeze. There is a full usable kitchen and a pristine bathroom, along with a great living room and spacious bed. Absolutely amazing stay, thank you!

We had a nice stay, close to a beautiful pebble beach. Draco was particularly helpful. When we had problems with the car, he arranged a lot for us. Very helpful. Top host.

We enjoyed our stay at Nevenka very much - very friendly, welcome, good service, great area the proximity to the sea ... but airbnb did not write us a response to our address request! Anne

We had a great family holiday at the villa! The communication with our contacts Jelena in the In advance and Edi during our stay was super nice and straightforward! The sea view and tranquility there were unbeatable. The pool was a dream! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could think of. It was a completely successful holiday there!

What an amazing, relaxing place to stay with stunning views from the rooftop terrace. Andrea was a perfect host and flexible to fit in with our flight arrival time. What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

We also visited this house with friends and I can confirm that we have never been to a better house for rent. Really beautiful house, brand new and modernly furnished, the view was breathtaking. The owner and manager of the house are very accommodating and always tried to accommodate us. I can't say a single bad word, everything was amazing. I definitely recommend visiting 🌴

Such a lovely cute stay surrounded with natural olive fields, kiwi -vines, and home grown vegetation just outside the house within the campus. Very spacious, You can literally play badminton, cricket around. Also cute dogs and cats to make friends if u love pets. Wished we have stayed longer.

Modern and spotlessly clean apartment. Approx 12 min walk into the centre of Pula. Free parking space which is unusual for Croatia as most hotels charge €25 per day. Beds were not the most comfortable as mattresses were very hard. Please be aware of no lift within building and 6 flights of stairs.

Very warm welcome from Alba (mother) and Goran on the phone. They were also allowed to enter the accommodation earlier because the apartment was ready. We felt immediately comfortable. The pool is just amazing and the apartment spacious for 4 people . It is right next to the main house where Alba lives. We could have eaten outside the apartment at any time or at Goran/Alba on the property. The location is perfect for excursions and a supermarket , the bus stop and a few restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The communication with Goran was perfect! Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

We have traveled widely and seen the cities and the sites but we want to meet and get to know the real people and learn about their culture. Our 3 week stay in Floricici gave us this experience as we were welcomed by her entire family. Perfect location to explore Istria. We left with our hearts full!

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

The apartment is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. It’s just a few minutes from the city center. Ivan is a great host and responds to messages immediately. 10/10 – highly recommended!
