We are delighted with our stay at Géraldine's. Available, very good contact with our host. The house was perfectly equipped to accommodate our family with our two children. Very nice "wild" garden which is relaxing and pleasant to relax while the kids had fun in the trampoline! Starting point for us for our visit to Brittany!

We had a wonderful week at Laurence and Pierrick's “Mirabelle” villa. The house is beautiful, very bright, functional and tastefully decorated. The kids particularly enjoyed foosball and table tennis and easy access in 2min walk to the beach. Laurence and Pierrick are very friendly hosts who have thought of everything to make our vacation as enjoyable as possible. We'll be back!

Modern new house, very bright and suitably equipped. The bikes were great for going to the beach or into town. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a nice flock of sheep in the neighboring property. It has everything you need. Since the house is still brand new, there is still a bit of interior decoration missing (e.g. carpets or curtains) but it will certainly be even more cozy in the future. We would only have liked a slightly warmer welcome (maybe a nice message). But overall we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

House ideally located in the heart of a quiet area and close to beaches, amenities and tourist curiosities. Easy parking (free)in front of the house. Well exposed terrace. Plenty of storage, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen in order to really settle in. Flexibility of the host to provide an additional bed for our children. Welcome booklet and suggestions for restaurants and local activities much appreciated! Very welcoming hosts. We recommend!

Very good value for money. The accommodation is well located halfway between Dinan, Dinard and Saint Malo. The space was clean and tidy.

2nd stay at this accommodation, and we will surely return with pleasure, the garden is very pleasant and the access to the beach is really great. The only downside is the capricious Breton weather;)

We had a great week in Dinard in this spacious, comfortable, functional and charming house. Great location, a short walk to the Plage de l 'Ecluse and shops.

Warmth by the fire and watching the tides at almost 360°!!! It's amazing!!! The house is really big and very well insulated. Each space retains its privacy which adds to the tranquility of these collegial moments. Excellent view and comfort, warm welcome, tips on local merchants, hiking trails at the foot of the property and the view!!! I'm repeating myself but this is definitely what stands out the most as soon as you check in. A family birthday that delighted all the guests!

Lovely pier for swimming beside the house and a very nice new restaurant and bar just below the house. We had a great time and it was hard to leave ! A beautiful part of Brittany.

What an amazing house in a superb location. We stayed here for a month with three children during the UK school holidays. The house has everything you need to live comfortably from the private car port, large kitchen, plenty of living space and the highlight being the heated pool and outside space. There are several restaurants, creperies and boulangeries within a minutes walk (including a small market each Wednesday morning) and the closest beach just a three minute walk away. The centre of Dinard was less than fifteen minutes walk where there are a large amount of restaurants and shops as well as another beach. There is also a really nice ten minute beach walk between St Enogat beach and the beach in the centre. We would highly recommend this property and would love to come back soon. Thanks David and Jill

The house is amazing and has great amenities. We found it much more comfortable than it looked in the photos. 4 double bedrooms have sea views, it's exceptional! We were with a group of friends with small children the house made it very easy for us to make the most of our weekend between its comfort, the garden and direct access to the beach! The interaction with Fabienne was very easy and friendly. Very rare, highly recommend 🤗

Fantastic house, elegant and warm with Breton charm so typical of Dinard, ideal for a family reunion close to the beach and the park. Beautiful views of the seafront boardwalk.

A great location right in the heart of the town and by the beach.

The house is new, clean and functional. 5 min walk from the center, We had a great time in this house for a weekend for a family reunion. There is a little resonance in the living room but apart from this point the sound does not propagate between the floors. Very good communication with the hosts. Special mention to Charlotte - Anais who was very kind to us and let us leave at 12:30 p.m. because there was no reservation the next day. A place to keep!

Aline's villa is superb! The landscaped garden (my colleagues thought I was in Hawaii), the beautiful heated pool, the amenities with beautiful living spaces (kitchen, living rooms, the outdoor veranda is beautiful...), the amenities (barbecue, plancha, living rooms, sunbeds, outdoor double bed...), 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, everything is really designed for a magnificent stay. The location is perfect, quiet, 10 minutes walk from the well-stocked center of Pleurtuit, 5 minutes drive from shopping centers, 15/20 minutes (by car or bike by the greenway) from Dinard, St Lunaire, St Briac, St Malo..., 40 to 60 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, Rennes, Fougères, St Brieuc... In short, ideal for visiting this great region. Aline is a responsive and pleasant host. Special mention for the charming and available hosting team throughout the stay. I highly recommend this property if you want to have an enchanting holiday.

We had a great time at Jean-Pierre's house, the view is magnificent, the pool is great. Nothing to say except that we will surely go back with pleasure.

Very nice house, very well equipped, with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to accommodate our family for a long weekend. Beautiful walks, and two large beaches are accessible without taking the car: a real plus. Indoor and heated pool also very popular with all of us. We thank Magalie for her welcome, her advice and her availability since our booking. From Célia's house, we will keep beautiful memories of moments spent with family. A big THANK YOU!

The house is very spacious and beautifully located. Pool is very clean. We felt very comfortable. Great view, easy way to the beach. However, the kitchen is a little worn and also some furniture, but others are very new. All in all, it was a really great vacation for us - the price is still a bit high.

Very pleasant stay, clean and functional accommodation, well equipped. Nearby walking area ( beaches trails) and many of the nearby tourist sites to visit. Anne-laure friendly and attentive, we recommend it.

Disappointed by the last-minute announcement of an inaccessible pool. On the other hand, we found a very nice volume of living rooms for a stay of 8 adults. Quiet accommodation and close to the village of Léhon: beautiful discovery. (Abbey, castle, canal de la Rance...)

Great weekend spent with the family! (4 adults, 5 children). Virginia is a very available and kind host, the contact went very well. Concern the accommodation, it is as described: 4 clean and spacious bedrooms, functional kitchen with everything you need, games and books for children inside the house as well as outdoor games. A large land not overlooked, surrounded by fields, that gives a real kind of freedom. Wood made available for the stove or the barbecue with all the necessities to turn it on There's nothing missing from this house! The big plus: a superb indoor and heated swimming pool that made young and old happy!
