Accommodation equipped with everything, bright, comfortable bedding. Parking on the street, in a quiet area. Ah the small beach 5 minutes from the rental. I recommend ++ for hikes by the sea, its GR34, its public swimming pools, the Breton park in front of the Priory beach, its dam. Thanks to Géraldine for her warm welcome and responsiveness. Very good stay! Clean apartment, extremely well located for visiting the center of Dinard. Everything is in walking distance. You even have the option to take the boat to visit Saint Malo! I recommend it 100%.

Great stay in Dinard for this family weekend. Top location close to the sea. Apartment in an old seaside hotel renovated with a lot of charm. Very well-equipped cozy apartment. Just one downside on the bathroom and the toilets accessible only from the master bedroom. I highly recommend this place as a family.

A beautiful home, which matches the photos of the listing. Everything is available: sheets, towels, tea towels, umbrella bed, high chair... It's very nice when you're already well loaded. Good bedding. In the heart of Dinard, everything is done on foot! The contact was good and easy. We will gladly return if the opportunity arises!

Superb condo, very well equipped, well decorated and located on a quiet street. There is a nice lawn area to take the apero. We received a small gift when we arrived and several good recommendations. The keys were given in person at an agreed time in advance. We really enjoyed our stay, we recommend it!

Great accommodation, ideally located to enjoy Pleneuf. Once the car is parked, we can do everything on foot, everything is 2 steps away, a real joy! A sublime view from the balcony. Fantastic Duplex in a beautiful location. You are just a short walk to multiple beaches, restaurants, bakeries, etc. the unit is very clean and comfortable. We stayed for one week and really enjoyed our time here!

Ideal accommodation for staying in Saint-Lunaire. Beautiful view from the living room and bedroom, very close to shops and especially the sea. Well arranged and clean accommodation which makes the stay ideal with children. I highly recommend it.

Nice surprise on arrival: spacious and bright accommodation (large bay window). Sheets and towels are provided at check-in. The bedding is great. A small path at the end of the land leads us directly to the port, where there are shops, bars and restaurants. In addition: the pool/sauna area, very nice for a small relaxing break.

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment.
