Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). Thanks to Marie and her family.

We had a pleasant stay In Erquy. The location and services are of quality. Only shadows on the board, the basement of the house is also rented without the listing specifying it, and we have not had hot water the last 2 days without the problem being solved.

Beautiful accommodation, ideal location for exploring the area. No complaints. The only small downside that raises questions: the outdoor camera that seems to be active and follows us when we are outside.

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. What a lovely stay! Beautiful quiet house. We stayed 3 days, so we couldn't enjoy and see everything this beautiful region has to offer but we will surely come back! The house is perfect for two with a hot tub to end the day after 16km of walking. Everything is very clean, well thought out and really very charming. A big thank you to Anne for the availability. Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

This was our third visit to Anne’s place. Great location. In the town but peaceful and an easy walk to the sea and town facilities. Comfortable home from home and very clean.

Very nice apartment in a quiet residential area. All the shops you need are nearby. Very good starting point to visit Saint Malo and La Mont Sant Michel.

A very nice accommodation in a quiet location with a great garden! From there, many sights are easily accessible by car, so you can easily explore Brittany and parts of Normandy. Jean Michel is a very polite and open-minded host.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

Family home, in a quiet area. Very well equipped for children, they will inevitably find their happiness among all the toys and games available. Perfect communication with Gildas. Self check-in into the house. I would recommend it in a second.

Very lovely, clean cottage in a very quiet area. We really felt at home there. Friendly neighbors, nice restaurant L'Escale nearby, highly recommended! A short distance from St. Malo and Dinard. Welcome cookies were thoughtful. I would recommend a stay here to everyone.
