Hello, the flat is very comfortable and as described. As I already knew the residence having had family residing there previously, I was a bit disappointed with the dirt in the floor-to-ceiling windows. It doesn't look like it's on the outside surfaces but inside the double glazing, probably due to the age of the windows. I don't know if it's possible to resolve this problem without changing the windows but it spoils the view a little unfortunately. Otherwise the apartment was very clean.

We (family with child (4 years)) had a lovely stay at Dinard. The apartment was small but sufficient for us, with beautiful design and great balcony. The safe parking space in the underground parking lot was (as previously announced) very narrow, but our VW Golf station wagon fit in very tightly and we were able to invite and invite comfortably. The cleanliness left something to be desired in some places, but it was not too critical and we were able to fix that relatively quickly. The furnishings of the apartment were great. The location too. It is in the middle of the city, just a street from the sea. The market, the boats to St. Malo, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and other shops are in the immediate vicinity. We really enjoyed the time in Dinard and would be happy to come back. :)

We had a lovely holiday week at the cottage in Cancale. The house is not new as described but in good condition and clean. The location is very good for exploring the place and walking distance to the sea. I would only add in the description that the stairs to the third floor are very steep and therefore unsuitable for smaller children.

Hi! We found the house functional with the beach quickly accessible. Buses in the surrounding area make it easy to shine in the area. Supermarkets are close by; a great bakery two steps from the house. The layout of the house allows you to live very well with 4 people. The small garden is nice. Thank you!
