The entire house is yours with full kitchen, laundry room, living room with 55" Satellite TV and a nice outside seating area which is perfect for morning coffee, reading or enjoying a glass of your favorite wine. The home has 2 bedrooms, one with queen size bed and a second with a full XL and Twin XL bunk bed. Come out and enjoy the 20 acres of country.

The Horseshoe Cottage

Charming Texas Hill Country guest cottage located on 19 acre private family horse farm. Easy access to Hwy. 237, close to Festival Hill and 2.5 miles to the town square. This spacious studio has a queen bed and day bed with trundle (two twin beds). There is also a kitchen with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, washer/dryer and closet space. Air Conditioning, Heat. WiFi avaliable. Covered porch with two rocking chairs.

A cute little house in the country. Come enjoy a few peaceful days with a gorgeous view of the sunset while watching the cattle graze in the field. Also enjoy the porch swing. The house is clean and comfortable to stay in. There is a queen bed to sleep in, a nice TV to watch with directv, and there is also internet service. A great place to unwind or venture out. Our most secluded cottage pays homage to George and Barbara Bush and the contributions and impacts they made in their lifetimes. This light and airy cottage is reminiscent of their Walker Point estate in Kennebunkport, Maine. The Poppy and Bar has a queen-sized bed in each of it’s two bedrooms, as well as in the loft. There are two full bathrooms with a soaking tub in one and shower in the other, This unit includes a full-sized washer and dryer.

Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, and 35 miles from Round Top. Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or relaxing at Lake Somerville. This is a Tiny House, but we remain Dog Friendly. Our Per Dog fee is $50 per stay.
